Clean and Shiny Inc.

Hired them to deep clean because we were moving. On the phone I asked what deep cleaning included, and was told that it would be $480 for 5 hours, fridge, oven, countertops, floors, windows, bathrooms and walls whatever else I needed, as long as it was 5 hours or it would be more. When they arrived, they assessed what needed to be done. I asked if they could do blinds, he told me that would take too long, I said I just need them dusted, he said it would take too long, so I said I would do that myself then. I asked if they could windex windows, he said that would take too long. I asked if they could start at least on the kitchen then, so they did, I told them I had already don’t the windows, and the outside of the cupboards. The lady began working.The guy said he would start working on the upstairs. I asked him about helping to remove the marks from the walls, he said ok, carpets, ok, vacuum the floors ok. There’s nothing in this house at this point. The floors are dirty because we were walking in and out but these rooms not so much. He did a horrible job, there was still some stuff left on the floor I had to wipe, he didn’t do the walls well at all. It seems like he puts little effort into it so it looks like he tried. But I mean then what’s the point of getting a deep clean. Whatever, I bring my daughter who is 13 who helped to clean the walls. And did way better than the people who over charged.They arrived at 3:30, about an hour in they stopped and were yelling at someone on the phone for 30 min. Then continued. Fine, they were there until 8:30 and I would get the help I needed and there wasn’t much to do.WRONG. They wanted to leave at 7:30 and stopped packed up their stuff, and stood outside. I asked what the he’ll, had to call my friends cause they just stood outside and said you know it’s late (they said they could be there at 3:30 and stay for 5 hours). They told me they have far to drive. They wanted to leave. So having the walls left to do and then clean what they cleaned again so it would be clean, I had to make them wait unfortunately while I finished what I needed to do as I had to be out soon.Do not book them and pay them up front. I’m glad I didn’t

The Clean and Shiny team came to my rescue after the other cleaner I hired days before simply did not show up. They came from the other side of the city on the same afternoon I called. Great service.

The team did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional, handled cleaning of my home as their own home. I will definitely recommend their services.

I can't say enough about the service that I have received from Clean and Shiny Inc. The team was willing to go extra mile to ensure the house is very clean and ready for sale. They are trusted professionals and I would recommend for all your house cleaning needs.

While they were very responsive and communicative they did not live up to my expectations or the reviews below. They were late to the appointment, but worse, they left several areas dirty. The areas they cleaned were great, but the areas they did not get to were left dirty and that was disappointing. They are hard workers but it is frustrating to pay that much to not be totally wowed.

Great company to work with. I had to reschedule with them about 3 times due to changes in my own schedule and they were extremely accommodating. Did a wonderful job cleaning the whole house and getting it move in ready for me. Would definitely recommend.

They came on short notice (asked on Saturday and they came Sunday), and the cleaning was okay, but there were still marks on the floor and prints on the glass. They said they’d clean inside the fridge, but I've included a pic of how dirty is still was afterwards. The worst part is that they charged _4x_ more than my regular cleaning service. I got hosed. Never again.

Cleaned our condo in prep of moving out. Did a final walk thru and was satisfied with their services. Can't rate 5 stars as it wasn't perfect, but was exactly what we needed in order to move out correctly.

I was looking for a last minute cleaning service and found Clean and Shiny. I called them and they were able to come the very next day. My house was very dusty and needed a good floor washing. They arrived on time and started right away. Not only did they thoroughly vacuum and wash all the floors, but moved furniture to vacuum. Cleaned all glass tops as well as inside of my glass cabinet. (thanks) Ceilings and windowsills were wiped sparkling. Would highly recommend them.

My house painting company needed a kitchen to be cleaned before we painted, and on short notice they responded promptly and showed up an hour later. I recommend them.
