Heavy sales tactics! Most of the employees there are about selling you the orthodontics, which are priced at the higher end of the range in Kingston. We met multiple times with anyone but Dr. Todd and could not get our questions answered with a level of knowledge needed for us to make a decision.We went with another orthodontist who met with us on our first meeting and told Dr. Todd's office. Kingston Orthodontics still booked my child in without notifying us and then called once we missed" the appointment to urge us to come in the following day; since the office called in the evening

Dr. Todd's Kingston Orthodontics is well organised. I went for a consultation and I received my x-rays and photos right away. Then, Dr. Todd and his assistant gave me a thorough plan of action with reasons why. When I had questions regarding the plan, they were taken seriously and I was given explainations of what could happen.The Orthodontics has a very effective team. My consultation took an hour, but I had multiple x-rays taken, a report from Dr. Todd and opportunities to ask any questions.

I have just met Dr. Todd at a continuing education course (I am an orthodontist also), and through conversation was sufficiently impressed with his knowledge and treatment philosophies that I was inspired to write this review. Others are outside golfing and he is in a dark conference hall learning new ways to better serve his patients.If you are looking for a competent, caring and honest orthodontist for your family, Dr Todd is an excellent choice!

Staff are wonderful. We had two our boys braces done here. Our experience was wonderful and the office was accommodating with our busy schedule. Our boys have beautiful teeth!

I was referred to doctor Todd from my previous orthodontist in Calgary back in 2016. I finally got my braces off and couldn’t be happier. He explained everything clearly and was always looking out for the best results . After having a long process involving jaw surgery, I would definitely recommend the office to anyone looking to get braces - or just a nice smile. They were able to accommodate all my needs and complex schedule plus all the ladies are lovely and make you feel very welcomed. 5/5

Having developed a very unusual and challenging bite arrangement over the years, I was informed by Dr. Todd in our first meeting that my treatment would not likely be similar to most patients. Indeed, this has turned out to be the case. I have had to undergo numerous additional visits to the clinic for variety of hardware and bite bumper issues. This has brought me in contact with nearly every staff member many times over. The staff are incredibly caring and personable and the atmosphere is very positive and upbeat. These qualities had made my difficult treatment more than bearable. On my recent birthday, I received a lovely, uplifting e-greeting wishing for me to have a wonderful day.
