Great Doctor. Very professional , unbelievable results. Secretary also accurate, polite. Waiting time is very long till first appointment, but after that, no issues.

Initially accepted my doctor's referral, and after calling a few times to receive details on my appointment I received conflicting messages from different front desk staff and was told I would be called back twice, and was never called back. I then received a call from my doctor 3 weeks later, and the office apparently said they could no longer take additional patients. What a waste of time, when I could have coordinated with another doctor, and the staff is unprofessional, rarely answer the phone, and do not respond back to voicemails or call back. Consider another ENT with more efficient front desk staff.

I made sure I got a referral to the office and that they were taking patients due to covid 19 and they said yes. Got my referral, made my appointment and everything was fine. Got called a day before the appointment to make sure I wore a mask. Took the day off work to get called an hour before the appointment to get told your apointment is canceled because I wasn't tested for covid? Why wasn't I told before I made the appointment a week before. Really frustrating and unprofessional.

Dr. Ambrose Lee is such a caring doctor. In 2014...I was very ill and misdiagnosed by another specialist, which said my biopsies (Thyroid and Lymph Nodes biopsies) where fine. They were actually non-diagnostic specimens.I thank god that I went to see Dr. Ambrose Lee....He is very compassionate doctor and cares about his patients. He redid my biopsy and then did surgery to remove tissue for testing...unfortunately I was diagnosed with cancer. He then referred me to Princess Margaret per my request and I was at stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma.Dr. Ambrose Lee truly cares about his patients and I thank God that I went to him, as I feel that I am alive due to his care.God Bless you Dr. Lee...and Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had a ruptured ear drum and needed an ENT specialist to clean my ears from wax build up. He has done an excellent job and is very professional. I have been going back for the last 5 years for routine ear cleaning.

I recently had an amazing experience with Dr. Lee, he is personable, professional and caring. Highly recommend him.

Unprofessional staff with extremely poor English speaking skills. They canceled my mother's appointment just a day before. She waited for the appointment for 2.5 months!!! That's absurd. I DO NOT recommend this DR. and clinic to anyone.

Very poor communication by staff.I was given appointment 2 months ago for this July only to be informed a few days before hand that its being cancelled and to change the date and time, it be an other month wait, but just 24 hours later get called again which person called me was inquiring about my July appointment that it needed to be changed which I had already done so previous day and once they looked it up they wanted to change it again, too further then the next month, This is just unprofessional and I got upset and hanged up and now doctor does not want to see me, well its ok cause with this type of unprofessional staff and seen other reviews left I would not want to deal with this doctor.

Dr. Lee treated me in the emergency at the new vaughan hospital. I was very impressed with his professionalism and proficiency, he was in need of a head lamp and by the time the nurse found him one, he was already done. I do wish that in extreme circumstances, specialists and their offices will take a patient on short notice without a referral to avoid a trip to the ER but that seems to be how our system works I'm Canada.

Can't believe some of these reviews. Cancellations are for good reasons, especially if the specialist is needed in an emergency. Ladies at the desk do their best to accommodate. I had a number of ear surgeries by Dr. Ambrose Lee. He is highly skilled, kind and empathetic - a gem of a man. He is absolutely tops!
