Ordered through door dash and they forgot to make one of my drinks. They only packaged 4 when the receipt clearly said 5. Called the store to see if they could work something out but they just told me to contact door dash. Should not be door dashes fault as their job is just to pick up and drop off orders.Smoothies were very icy, and this also isn't the first time i've ordered delivery and they sent the wrong order. Last time the receipt on the bag was correct but the drinks in the bag were completely different than what I ordered.

very busy with students on weekdays at lunch time do not come here too busy order will take too long at lunch time due to lack of workers but its good and yummy

Place located within the north gate shopping centre. Ample of parking space within the centre. Was not able to see service at the time. It was when we ordered online and picked up. But can say that it was punctually served on time. Nice to have a little competition of bubble tea in the area.

Our order number is 2029. We ordered strawberry slush, matcha slush and coconut slush.All the drinks 3 we got don't taste good.... We called and they said there was no manager that's working.

Regent location - Came here opening day and service was quick. Of course they have enough workers that day except musco wow milk tasted like just milk. Came here a 2nd time and the musco milk tasted better, but slow service. Not too sure why two groups of people who ordered after me got their order first (and no, they did not order online as they were in the ordering line behind me)

This place is good but I noticed when you don't tip them, they don't put much effort making your bubba tea. I ordered a mango Slush and it was so bad and disappointing all because I chose not to tip even the girl gave me a dirty look after. GROW UP!
