We had a diatitian consultation. We found that we either buy their slimming products to get good service and follow up or you end up without any right of a proper follow up. We asked for a soft copy of the written regime to translate to English, after many calls we got a call back from the dietitian telling us in an unprofessional way that she wont send it and we have to stop calling. Truly bad experience with them!

It's not a real hammam, dont expect to go there relaxing, it's not that type of Zen ambiance decor and services you'll find.But if you're looking for place to wash a la marocaine to get in a sauna sec and get scrubby a woman who ain't joking with dead skin, that's your spot.

We went there with a few friends from Toronto to experience the true Turkish Hamam. We all had an amazing time, the service was great. The environment was clean and staff was super friendly. I highly recommend it!

worst hair place ever! I had an appointment and I still had to wait a long time just for a little trim. It took 4 hours!!! My hair wasn't ever cut straight! I will never come back and if i could, i would put -5 stars

Absolutely amazing. The service is always professional yet the employees are friendly and make you feel at ease. My very first hammam experience was great and relaxing. Experienced manucurist, she pays attention to details.

Very bad place. I paid for a seaweed wrap. I did a clay wrap, which is much cheaper. When I asked for a refund, they refused to do this, arguing that Madame who does the wraps took seaweed and she did not have it at the end of the day.

The steam room was stinky and the whole experience lack professionalism, have been to other hammams but this one was quite non relaxing and would not recommend it at all, felt like a public community bath
