There is that very tall girl in the mechanic services who is a liar and steels easy money from costumers with doing nothing. She asks you in a nice way what things you want from her to check. Then, she calls again to ask if anything more wanted to be checked or done on the vehicle. Later, after you pay your bell with a big number, you get surprised that you paid after being charged for something is not done or not even existed in your car model. Very very bad and cheating way!

Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Looking for a new car, a 4x4, a Caravan ? Maybe a Jeep? Stop searching, go to Champlain for a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend doing business with any other dealership aside from this one. I was cold called two weeks ago about my interest in selling my vehicle and they were looking for used ones as they are in short supply. I told them on the phone I didn’t have interest in selling my vehicle and not interested in wasting my time nor there’s. on the phone they highly suggested I come in as I’ll be surprised by how much they offer me for my truck. When I finally agreed I went into the dealership for the appointment, not only did I have to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone as there was no sales rep on site yet. (Not sure why you’d make appointments for times when you don’t have staff on site) they told me they weren’t sure why they called me and the offer was extremely low and a huge waste of time.My original experience when I was looking for a vehicle with this dealership was just as disappointing. As well as there service department.I would highly recommend taking your business to another dealership who’s more honest and won’t waste your time.My experiences at Rive Sud Chrysler have been positive. Would recommend maybe looking there.Needless to say, I would avoid this location.

I have purchased Chrysler Pacifica hybrid limited 2022 in April 2022. After taking the delivery within 1 week I got the check engine light. I took it back to the dealership and service department took a day to figure that that there is an issue with the hybrid engine and part has to be replaced. They assured me that the vehicle is drivable. So I was waiting for the part and didn’t find any issues with drive or charging the car. Every 2 weeks I made a follow up with service but part never arrived. I have finally called FCA canada directly and they have expedited the part and got it finally after 6 months of taking the car. They have installed the part and there was no check engine light and I was finally happy.Now comes the main problem. After 2 weeks approx suddenly while driving the car I got the check engine light and engine is turned off. Luckily I was able to pull the car to the curb. I have tried turning off completely and tried many times but car wouldn’t start. I had to call chrysler 24/7 to tow the car to the nearest dealership.This time I went to different dealership and they told me that there is an issue with the modal and part has been ordered. 1 month completed but no update on the part. At least current dealership has provided a loaner car until this is fixed.I feel that they didn’t fix my car properly which resulted in malfunction of the part. Ever since I took the car, service has been awful. Even sales person didn’t give proper response when I took my car with the check engine light. He didn’t assure me anything. Rather he told me to speak with service directly . Overall pathetic serviceDONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP

It was a bit hard to find someone responsible for selling used cars. They seemed to be not interested in selling this car. I made milions of phone calls, but finally we made a deal. Please stop that automatic emails from Bill"

Sales is okService department is weak.They make it difficult to let me spend money.2nd vehicle financed here. all maintenance done here.Booked services not in the system upon arrival for scheduled work…more than once it has happened that booked work not done on time or completedI took a day and a half off of work so my car could be detailed Monday morning. They start calling me Tuesday morning me to tell me they couldn’t do it on time. Can I keep my car for another 24 hours which I use for work…literally nothing done on their end to help create a resolution. benefiting their clients.will only return for maintenance covered under warranty any extra services I will start spending my money elsewhere

Bought a car here a while back and the guy sold me some insurance I didn't need that's the only bad thing I could say the car ran great and it was a good deal

I bought my Jeep Wrangler in this dealer a month back. I discovered they are cheating on the finance deal. The first deal showing the rebate from the government is $7,500 and i had this deal. They said if the car arrived before end of June I’ll get more $3,000. Then the car arrived on June 28 when i receive it i discovered i paid more on bi-weekly. They said that offer dosent include some other offer. The salesman over there is not a professional guy. He must be in other department not in sales. When i received the car i asked him about winter Matt. He said ok, when i received the key, he said no it is not include. I don’t recommend this dealer at all.
