Had them remake an iced coffee twice and let me tell you the 3rd time was not the charm. This iced coffee had the slightest hint of coffee. An iced coffee was too hard foe these folks.

Like the other reviewers on here I also wish I could give zero Stars. Absolutely horrid customer service, I don't even think you can call it customer service. The kid behind the counter was smirking at us and when we approached the accounter he snorted and said okay". Like really?? Just incredibly rude and very surprising for a Starbucks which usually prides itself on customer service."

Waited in line for 20 minutes with only 1 person ahead of us. Took 5 minutes for them to ask us what we wanted at the intercom. Completely understaffed and unfortunately ran by ON ROUTE not Starbucks. Terrible.

They took my order and then waited over 15 minutes at the window while they continued to serve the drive thru window. And I wasn’t the only one! Terrible service and will never stop here again.

Ordered an ice green tea. I tasted it and it tasted soapy so once I got off the highway I checked it and these black and pink things were floating in it. Not going back.

Over 13 minutes in the drive through on a Thursday morning at 9:30AM. Ordered one drink and one loaf. About four cars ahead of me when I pulled up. Extremely slow. Do not recommend if you are on any sort of time schedule.

Really bad customer service. Starbucks is renown for training amazing employees - not at this location. Worst yet they post signs for deals but refuse to honour them.

Really poor service, and higher prices than regular locations as this is a service centre. Can be an extremely busy location. Do not accept Starbucks rewards promotions at this location. See the picture of my Grande Caramel Macchiato... I haven't had a sip of it yet, that was how full" the barista made it."
