Need better instructions When we tell us to make sure to tell us to download the specific app before we arrive for ticket pick up and also I watched you guys tell an elderly to download the app for his tickets and wasn't clear about accessibility seating Customer Service has gone down the drain nobody is personable

Bought Rolling Stones tickets. My advice, go to the box office if you want the cheapest tickets. Online was $50-100 more PER ticket

Fast and friendly ticket office. If you go to the office during the week, there is parking right outside the door. I have saved hundreds by going to the ticket office rather than buying through online services.

The WORST customer service. If I could give it a zero star, I would. No one in the ticket office is on the same page, and has any idea what they are doing. You would think being a long-term season ticket holder they would appreciate your business, but instead you have to speak with 4 different people to transfer tickets, fill out forms, call in again to confirm, drive all the way down the box office JUST to initiate the transfer, and then have to send a picture of your ID, which is not a safe exercise. Thanks for nothing!
