Walked away poorer but very excited with our new 5.1 sound system purchase. Daniel was amazing and knows his business. As it turned out I have been buying systems from them for over 30yrs through a mutual friend. I recommend central audio to anyone that likes great sound.

Fantastic customer service! Alex spent alot of time with us (me and my brother) finding the best fit for our sound needs and our budget. I am very impressed with how he guided us with our final purchase (Cambridge amp, Paradigm speakers). Will definitely go back!

I have been going to this store for over 35 years, I go there first and then go somewhere else if I don't find it there... which is not very often... as they try to find something suitable usually... The staff is very knowledgeable and also quite helpful, they will go to great lengths to explain the various products you are interested in buying so that you can make a very well informed decision, the customer always comes first there... Kudos to everyone...

They have a chronic out of stock problem. They had a sale on some mid-range TV models but didn't even have the stock. Several months ago, I had to settle for the demo audio CD player because, AGAIN, they had no stock! The management and purchasing staff need to be replaced or start keeping proper stock. This is a retail store and people have no patience for out of stock items!

A welcome relief from big box retailers that have nothing to offer the consumer except a possibly lower price. Their prices might be slightly higher but you will get helpful advice with no aggravation. Thanks again!
