Mobilinq Phone Repair

My dad and I stopped into the Mobilinq in Kingston this evening looking for a case for my mom’s tablet. We were greeted by an extremely friendly young woman, Samantha, who helped us to find a case. After buying and having to return two cases from an alternate location, that did not fit, we were extremely pleased that Samantha took the effort to look up the model of the tablet to see which cases may work best. She tried to fit the tablet into a few different cases and eventually found one that worked well. We were unsure if my mom would like the colour of the case, however, we decided to purchase it anyway. Thank you Samantha for your exemplary customer service! You are definitely an asset to this establishment and deserve a raise for going above and beyond for your customers. Shopping with you was a great experience and we would highly recommended Mobilinq to others looking for a new phone/tablet case.P.S. - Mom likes the case, and its “rose gold” colour!

Logan was very professional. He met me at the door on time and walked me through thee mall. Making small conversation which was appreciated since we are in a lock down and you can only enter the mall by appointment. Logan was thorough and took the time to make extra phone calls and get the required information to have my phone repaired . He did not rush through anything and made my whole experience much more relaxed atmosphere. Great place to shop. Excellent customer service.

I was given a phone case that is completely defective. The buttons don’t line up at all, and when I tried to return it, they refused, blaming me, saying I should have checked. Products are cheap and defective. I’ve been told I can come back in a week and exchange for a better one, so hopefully they will honour that. I will be leaving a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and we’ll see how that goes.

Samantha is amazing! She always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave the store 100% satisfied. The top place in the mall if you need a new screen protector! They have such a selection of cases and if they don’t have it chances are they can order it. I love this store, and she is amazing!

Great experience here. I bought a screen protector and phone case for half the price I would have paid at one of the kiosks. Sharhan pleasantly acknowledged me as a patron and offered to put the screen protector on for me. He projected an approachable and friendly personality. He also remembered me from a prior purchase. I will definitely come back for my phone needs.

Never in my life would ever go here again.. the guy worked there didint know what he was doing and was too busy talking on his personal phone talking to and ignore customers… he didint understand about the phone cases like at all pretty much had to google on some of the cases and such for what be best cases for certain phones.. and try to get his attention but again too busy talking on his phone which by the way that’s unprofessional and shouldn’t be using his personal phone while at work. No wonder hardly anyone goes there since new management took over and guys don’t speak English more like talking Beakers language.

I have shopped at this store numerous times but today was different. I spent almost a hundred dollars in this store and the pop socket I purchased just didn’t stick to the phone case I bought. So I brought it back and said maybe I needed to switch the phone so I could use the pop socket I bought. So I tried another case and put the pop socket on to find out the case was not meant for my phone. I get that the iPhone 12 and 12 pro max were mixed but it seemed to fit perfectly other then the button imprints to line up. So in order to remove the pop socket and put it on a different case the worker at the store used a tool that completely wrecked the pop socket. Which was not my idea at all it was the employees. So when I wanted to add it to a case that would work the pop socket wouldn’t stick……. He basically said to bad. The way the whole thing was handled was unacceptable and he offered no help to fix the issue instead blamed it on me for taking the pop socket off the original case to see if it fit. Eventually he just gave me a knew pop socket after a friend of mine and I kept complaining. It seemed like an easy fix and he wasn’t having it. To be honest I will never go back. After years of giving them business. I was not impressed at all and I rarely make a big deal over service like this.
