I know everyone is always looking for deals on the internet and finding that cheaper flight, so was I when I met Olga. My parents were traveling and I was looking for the best flight for them that met all their criteria such as cost and a shorter layover. I tried all the website and called most of them and I found this too time consuming and the customer service wait time became very annoying and unhelpful. I decided to find a travel agent I can speak to and can do all my search for me. I came across Olga on Facebook and decided to give her a call. Our call was excellent, not only did she arrange the best flight for my parents, met all our criteria but also arranged wheel chair service for my mom with dementia, this was something I never thought of. She stated it was the best idea because the service would take her to the gates without worries of my dad losing her in the airport. Cost, short layover and the services was great, so I booked with Olga. A month before their flight Olga contacted me and said she just heard about a travel advisory for China and that she had called to confirm everything will be okay for my parents. I was beyond amazed about the extent of Olga’s customer service at this point but it didn’t stop there! She followed up the day they left, during and also once they came back to make sure everything went well for them, while she was on her own vacation! She definitely went beyond my expectations and it would be hard to book any future travels with anyone else. She thrives to give everyone the best service and experience, she makes you her first priority and goes above and beyond and she offers services you can’t get from the internet! I highly recommend Olga, if you’re thinking of booking your next trip or any vacation anywhere. Olga should definitely get well above 5 ⭐️!

When booking our stay in Mexico we explained exactly what we wanted for our accommodations we chose Ocean Pacific El beso adult section it was beautiful. I recommend the excursion to Isla Mujeres Olga did a awesome job we will use her services in future

Olga was the first travel agent I’ve ever worked with. My friends and I were trying to plan a vacation in 2020, and came across so many pandemic-era challenges that it felt impossible to get clear answers to really basic questions on our own (ie what travel insurance will protect us in the event of a COVID cancellation? What resorts provide which amenities? Etc.)I reached out to Olga who made the booking process SO easy. She has lots of first hand experience with different resorts (which is what we were looking for ourselves) and helped us find options that were safe, enjoyable, met our priorities, and were within budget. Our vacation needed to be postponed after half our party contracted COVID 8 days before our flight last year, and Olga was able to manage all of the communications with the airline which saved us SO MUCH time and money. We just returned back from our vacation last night - I genuinely don’t think we would’ve made this trip happen without her help. She is extremely professional and really excellent at what she does. Can’t recommend her enough.
