No one would answer the phone as I had a problem with my gas pump and a baby in the vehicle and didn't want to lug her inside. Extremely unhappy that I couldn't talk to anyone. The number for this location was located at the top of the receipt was incorrect and had to good for the real number. I did not get all the gas I wanted because my pump shut off and everything flashed at me. I pressed th call button for help and nothing. Seems like a bunch of bulls*** if you ask me.

ALL COFFEE ICE COLD!, took hot chocolate, no lids for large cup, searched cupboard and found, no napkins to be found, left a mess. Bathroom toilet paper placed on child change table Instead of dispenser.

Awesome day shift crew, awesome customer service, store well stalked and very cleanDownside..... night shift crew. horrible service, very dirty beverage side. No cups and no lids. Asked nicely for lids. Waited for 5 min while they talked in thier own language and took his time. To top it off he handed the bag full of lids to us, as if he wanted us to put them all away for him. Piss poor attitudes. Felt like throwing the bag at him and tell to finish his job.

Went to buy milk early in the morning, customer greeting needs work, employees looked like they’re out of it, I get that shifts could be long sometimes and rude people might be draining, but that’s not an excuse to snowball an unfriendly vibe through the store. I always go to this branch, and have been seeing this constantly, if you want revenue to grow, provide a better customer experience, that short while you’ll be interacting with your customers might make their bad day.

This 7-11 has really good customer service. I've recently driven from Mississauga, ON to Edmonton & this location (hands down) has the most friendly helpful staff, including all of SW Edmonton. They deal with long lineups effectively, while dealing with gas pumps, lottery and a hot food counter. Thanks for restoring my faith in convenience stores!Kudos to Raj the manager!

Be extremely wary of the hot foods. Bought 2 hot dogs about 6 hours ago and got severely ill from eating them. Not sure if it were the hotdogs or the condiments. Never ate anything in between those 6 hours.

I had a great experience at this seven eleven. The store was very clean and well sanitized. The food they made was very quick . I didn’t know you could get such great food for 5$! Would definitely recommend.

Clean, well stocked, lots of parking, friendly staff. One of the better 7-11s in the Edmonton - bedroom communities area, in our opinion.
