I got an oatnog latte and a cheese scone. The oatnog latte was the best latte I have ever had and the cheese scone was good, but kind of dry. The staff was nice too.

Have been a couple times now as I wanted to give the benefit of doubt that maybe the last time was an off day. Ordered a variety of drinks and found them pretty watery. The mochas didn't taste of chocolate at all. Didn't feel it was worth the cost and will try another place next time.

This store has really gone downhill over the past couple of years. But it's especially disappointing to see styrofoam left for 5 + days without getting cleaned up. It's now broken up into tiny pieces, and blown across the street and parking lot, a threat to the environment, especially the many birds in the area..

Absolutely used to love this place, but it’s gone downhill in the last few months, service and taste wise.My drinks now just taste very watery - food is still great though!Biggest issue is the service - recently I went through the drive thru and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes for my drink because the baristas in the back were chatting so much and caused a breakdown in communication which meant nobody was making my drink. This caused 3 other cars behind me to also have to wait. And today - I again attempted to go through the drive thru and ended up waiting at the microphone for over 5 minutes for someone to take my order with no luck. Ended up having to go inside and received very unenthusiastic service.

Have not been here for quite some time, went with a friend today for a coffee mocha & had a blueberry lemon muffin too. Was very disappointed. Coffee mocha was so so, the muffin was terrible, very heavy & gummy & tasteless. The only part we ate was the muffin top as it was the only part with any hint of lemon & edible.

This was my 116th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon.Huge chain coffee shop in town. Super comfortable seating. It's very quiet in here too.I paid $5.52 for a gluten free Belgian brownie. I don't know if I would ever pay that much money for any brownie again (regardless of its EU origins).Staff was relatively friendly. Employees seem to like talking to each other. That's fine. They're young.Overall, I enjoyed my Belgian brownie and my visit at Blenz on Anderson Way. Oh, and free wifi.116 eateries down in Vernon; 40ish to go !

Went through the drive-thru, thank you, and ordered a med coffee thank you, with 4 sugar on my way out of town thank you. I got a coffee with cream , thank you . No sugar at all, thank you. Worst coffee ever. No thank you . Polite lady ,just kept interrupting with Thank You.
