We have been very happy with the work done by Gregg's about a year ago. After the initial salesperson retired, we continued working with David. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful in the design and construction. We had 2 custom leather swivel chairs built and a custom couch built. All look great. Costs were competitive, delivery in line with other orders from other shops we talked to and given we had very specific ideas around design, fabric etc, we thought custom built by Gregg's was the right option. The couch cushions were a bit high (our design) and Gregg's reshaped them to work. The stuffing in the leather chairs were replaced to make them a bit softer. No questions asked, no complaints. Yes - construction took a bit longer but we were part of the problem given the need to confirm designs, fabric etc and our availability. Yes - David's manner may be a bit brusque for some but I was looking for furniture - not a friend. And as I said he was helpful in the design, never mislead us on time lines and stood behind the product. We would have no hesitation in recommending or buying again from Gregg's.

We took advantage of the down-time during COVID restrictions to get our 35 year old dining room chairs re-upholstered at Gregg's and we're very pleased with the results. The chairs are as good as new (possibly better, because the new foam is firmer than the original) with a great fabric. Their time estimate for when they could start the work was bang on, and once we brought the chairs in, took less than a week to get them back. Will definitely return to get more work done.

My order was a simple set of chairs being ordered in from one of their suppliers. Due to a discontinued fabric I was heartbroken that the perfect set of chairs were no longer possible. David has already gone above and beyond to help me find solutions with a substitute fabric and finishing the custom order themselves. I have seen their exquisite work on the showroom floor and can not wait for my order because I know it will be better than the original.

We just had a sofa, love seat and eight dining room chairs recovered at Greggs . Sales staff were helpful with material choices. The material and work is outstanding. They bent over backwards to be accommodating as we were moving. Picked up furniture before the move and returned it after we had moved in. David was pleasant and kept in touch. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I initially emailed Gregg's to find out about reupholstering a couple of old chairs. At first they were quite responsive. I read reviews and thought they would be reasonably priced and easy to deal with. Not so! The first time I went to the shop, the owner was extremely rude. The information on their website in the FAQ area was different than on other pages regarding hours of business. I was abruptly informed that they were closing and they did not have time for me. I decided to return about a week later. The service was disinterested and not terribly helpful. I borrowed a number of fabric books and when I returned them I was not even asked if I was interested in any. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

We had our dining room chairs reupholstered. The cost of replacement is so high on solid dining room furniture. We found Gregg's and went about choosing fabric. Their assistance was valuable in choosing the right fabric to meet our cleaning needs and durability requirements.We got the chairs back this week and they are so beautiful. The pattern was matched perfectly on all 6 chairs. They also refinished the arms on the 2 armchairs (30+ years of wear). We are so happy with the results.Communications with David Screech - especially considering COVID - were timely and excellent.We highly recommend this company for reupholstering!

I had an old clam back chair and ottoman reupholstered by Gregg's Furniture and was so happy with the outcome. They were able to retain the design of the chair for me which was my main reason for going with them. The fabric was beautiful, so rich looking.I am so pleased with the craftmanship. I would recommend Gregg's Furniture any day to have a piece of furniture brought back to life. I am so happy I took that step. It was well worth it.Thank you Gregg's for the outstanding work.

We recently had a vintage love seat recovered at Gregg's. It looked fantastic but through some miscommunication it was missed that the seat needed some extra padding and it was pretty uncomfortable. We brought it back in and with no hassle at all the issue was corrected (springs re-tied and some extra foam put in). We're so pleased with it. Very happy with the responsiveness of David and his team.

We just had our 1970’s winged chairs and ottoman recovered at Greggs Furniture and we couldn’t be happier with them. They look absolutely beautiful.David and Brad were a pleasure to work with and took the time to guide us through the whole procedure.Their workmanship is first class and the job was completed in their estimated time frame.If you’re looking to have some special furniture recovered we would highly recommend them.
