While helping family get ahead with their affairs and no choice but to visit this establishment, I had awful experiences both times doing business with them. Not recommending at all. The current 3.5 start rating should've been enough.....

We were referred to Me Fallah Toussi by a friend several years ago and we have since only used her services for any legal and notarized documents. She is very professional and explains things very clearly so everyone can easily understand. She always is on time and we can always rely on. She and her entire office are very diligent with everything! They are fantastic and my wife and I highly recommend her services!

Nazgol was my notary for a purchase of a new property and I was extremely satisfied with her. Everything went extremely smoothly and couldn't have asked for a quicker/better transaction. When we arrived on signing date, she had all the documents ready properly and the transaction occurred very efficiently! I will definitely be going back to her next time I am buying a home!

Can we give minus stars? Horrible experience: worst service, absolutely incompetent, stealing by charging ridiculous amounts for things that she did not do. I have no idea how she became a notary.Do not go there, it will be bad. Guarantee!

Terrible customer focus. Called 3 times for assistance in having my mortgage discharged. Twice promised Mdme. Petit would contact me. She still hasn't. If you don't want my business, have the decency to tell me. Too be avoided.

If you need a notary, do yourself a favor and don’t choose this one. It was stressful trying to complete a real estate transaction with someone whose lack of basic courtesy (call it rudeness) was breathtaking, who failed to provide basic information to me (her client), and whose lack of transparency caused me to wonder if the services I was paying for were being provided. She got the transaction date wrong, had to be sent the purchase and sale documents twice, and never told me her fees or even when I paid them. She told me my phone calls would not be answered and to communicate only by email. My advice: find someone else!

Stay away from this notary. She is a SCAMMER AND PROFESSIONAL FRAUD. She overcharged me $2700 as a Seller and did not give me the chance to discuss the last minute charges. She only revealed these charges in the last minute on the last day, to not give me any time to question her.It is not her first time to do that, she has many cases like that, where she over charges the sellers and only reveals these charges in the last minute. She is aggressive, rude and manipulator. STAY AWAY FROM HER....

Nazgol was my notary for a home purchase when she first started as a notary many years ago. It was a wonderful experience as a first time solo home buyer, and when I needed a notary this time, I chose to use her again.She is extremely personable and takes the time to explain everything in detail and doesn't rush you at all. She was interested in speaking with me as a person, I felt like I was chatting with a friend.
