Renewal online and on the phone worked easily. Doing it early is important if your paperwork is going to be mailed but your safe to drive since you will have proof of insurance coverage.

Do not go here if you have a license from another country. The 3 old ladies don't know the rules. They shredded my country's license after I got my class 5. They told me that I will not need it anymore. And they lost my wife's original license. And when we moved from BC to another province, they asked us our country's original license (which had 15 years of driving experience but was shredded by those old ladies). And then we had to go through the full licensing process.SO PLEASE, BE CAREFUL WITH THE ICBC GIBSONS AND THE THREE OLD LADIES.

I'm not to go into anything but the hours this is supposedly for people getting their licenses majority of which are in high-school, but the hours are 8am to 4pm on weekdays. THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE. This place is a waste of funding, and might as well be open An hour and a half a day.

I was so impressed at how lovely and competent Allison and Karen were. I won’t go anywhere else for car insurance. They called ICBC and had the problem sorted out quickly (after I had spent an hour on the phone with ICBC and got nowhere).

I was never able to log on to check my claim, and ICBC has never kept me informed about my claim, despite my request to do so. This after a con man deliberately engineered a collision between my motorcycle and his van, and nearly killed me. This service is appalling. William Burr

My friend showed up at my house sniveling with runny nose so told him to go home so rather than lose appt or the 25.00 cancelation fee i drove the 4blocks there my self and the tester who must have a real hate on for people decided after the test he called the cops and sang like a rat I think all icbc employees especially manage ent should forfeit there wages till this mess is cleaned up. They feel its fine for them to whine co-vid but think they r the only ones to use it. THIS REALLY SHOW JUST WHO ICBC THINKS ABOUT IS THIER ON POCKETS TIME TO KILL ICBC CHEAPER AND BETTER COVERAGE WITH PRIVATE INSURANCE.

Don't book your road test here! Please for the love of god do not do it here! They seem friendly, and all but the instructor has it in for out of townspeople.Just wait a couple of extra days and take the test in your own city.
