My first interaction with James was as a prospective buyer, he asked about my experience and spent the time to get to know me as a professional but also as a person. At this point I had worked with other business brokers in Ottawa, and none of them had bothered to get to know me, but instead bombarded me with listings and hoped for the best.It was much later that I next heard from James, but that's because he took the time to find a business that was the right fit.
