Rude!! The girl behind the counter was so rude and unprofessional! My wife shrugged it off, but we're tired of doing that! She returned the $250 in merch; if you want my money, I want good service!

If you want great quality made in Canada Duvets, Sheets Ect Daniadown has it. 100% Egyptian cotton, all in all very happy with the store and their products! Employees are great help too, I wanted recommendations on a new Duvet and duvet cover the girls helped me and I am very happy with my purchase. I will be back :)

I used to shop here until early May! The manager is very mean and rude. While shopping, she was openly insulting a employee to me while the employee was standing behind her! Ever since I've gone in, the manager brags about riddening that employee. My heart aches for her. The employee was a wonderful girl, the only one who helped me the many times I had come in.I can only imagine what the manager says to other customers. I refuse to step foot in this environment because of it. I also refuse to shop here now, since the manager wont let you shop in peace, but will keep showing you pictures of her kids, and tell you why she moved away.I came to shop in peace. Not have drama unrelated to me thrown in my face.

Needed a new fitted sheet, so ordered one online with the intent of picking it up with curb side pickup. My work hours and the limited store hours didn't work for either of us. So the store manager offered to drop it off as it was on her way home. Which was very much appreciated! Also found a couple nice chocolates in the bag. I've bought a number of items from this store over the years and will continue to do so.
