Their machine was down and the service was slower than I’d expect from a Tims. The food quality overall has definitely lessened over the years.

Excellent treatment provided even on 3.30 am! Also they are open to dine in after midnight which is big plus factor. Good seating arrangement and decent parking spots available.

I am truly appalled by the attitude I just received by a woman named Teddi. I ordered two wraps in the the drive thru and they were literally burnt black so I brought it back in. I took my ponytail out and re did my hair away" from the counter and was rudely told to step away from the counter while doing my hair because they handle food. Then she said she used to be a nurse so she knows about it. I am a hairdresser so I also know about hair. There is no need for that treatment when me standing "away" from a counter is "away" from the food being prepared. Very very rude and entitled. Please change your attitude while working with customers. No need for it."

This is the only place that charged me for the tap water! I know its only 20 cents, so I dont mind paying, but I have never been charged for water before anywhere else.

This might be one of the worst Tim Hortons locations in the area. I visit here out of convenience, but when I arrive I am constantly reminded how inconvenient it is. The menus show items they have long since discontinued, the kitchen runs out of basic ingredients constantly, the all day breakfast items are not all day, and the food options are not available even during evening dinner hours. Most of the employees are apologetic and I find that largely this is a management issue- though our orders are often found to be wrong or missing items after we leave… Those are the issues that all could be solved. So I won’t mention the poor layout of the restaurant, the convoluted parking lot, and the small drive through lane that causes the parking lot to be clogged and gives other drivers significant grief. Oops.

Rude staff. Another price increase. A hair in my sandwich and my tea was made wrong (I asked for milk not cream).
