Hotel Chandni Victoria

Just 5 kms from the airport. We were given a larger room which was nice with a walkin shower and couch sitting area. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Price was good but brown bag breakfast was poor. Mainly carbs and a fruit drink.

I stayed here for a one-night layover making my way to Calgary. The hotel itself is beautiful in a more remote looking area which is because there appears to be a lot of business centers around. However, it is easily reached by bus lines 7 & 52B from Toronto Pearson airport. There are a great variety of stores & restaurant in walkable proximity as well. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean as you may expect. Also the staff was very nice to me. I was welcomed warmly & appreciated a good talk with 'Harman' who did the night shift. As my flight was leaving early in the morning I wasn't able to have breakfast at the hotel. However, an expansively filled 'breakfast bag' was handed out to me upon check-out. Great place, great people. Thank you!

It's an alright place if you need to stay the night somewhere. Lots of food places around. Had to stay a night for work, it's decent for the price but don't expect much. Sure wasn't very clean but I am not too picky would stay there again but wouldn't take my family there.Faucet was about to fall off, TV remotes were definitely used and not cleaned, coffee machine and cabinets had stains and microwave was dirty. But overall it's was pretty good.

Unassuming, minimal amenities, but excellent location, clean, spacious rooms and friendly efficient staff. Couple minutes drive to airport.We saw at least two wheelchair accessible rooms on our floor and happened to be assigned one although we didn't need it. It is really accessible - wide doors, also to shower, wide spaces between furniture, helpful bars in restroom. Elevator also accessible, huge with wide door. If accessibility is a factor, great choice.Several tasty and affordable Southeast Asian restaurants within walking distance.Great place to stop before/after an early/late flight at Pearson.

really disgusting rooms that are not cleaned well, the bedsheets were not changed, other people's hair and stains were visible once we arrived in the room, once they cleaned" the room the sheets were never changed

My husband and I were stranded at YYZ after our return flight home from our honeymoon was cancelled. Suprit at the front desk was supremely kind in welcoming us and even helped us fix our reservation (which we had booked for the next day due to jet lag).Suprit is a wonderful person!! We are extremely grateful for her assistance.The room was extremely comfortable and spacious to boot. Kindness aside, I really loved these accomodations. The Chandni Victoria is a great place to stay, and we were extremely lucky to find it after an extremely difficult day of travel.

Uhm all these 4 stars are lies! Because I came to the room with doritos on the floor and on the side of the bed it looked like boogers being put there on the bed sheet. Rude staff Ahmad, which I asked to cancel when I got there, couldn't make an exception just wanted my money.. due to this experience, it was at a 2 now it is at a 0. GROSS

The area was good. Hotel bed was difficult to sleep and sit in. Kept sliding off. If you have disability pay a little more and go a little better place. I saved money than ease. Another 70 dollars my disability issues would have been handled. My mistake. For healthy person. Great place and savings.

I don’t know where the positive reviews on this hotel came from because this was, hands down, the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. It was disgusting. From the peeling vinyl on the headboard, to the mystery hairs on the sheets, marked up duvet cover, and finally, the black mould growing on the caulking in the shower. I was stuck on a 19 hour layover and only booked this hotel because the reviews looked decent and the price was reasonable. I was too grossed out to even sleep, much less take the shower I so desperately wanted after travelling. The batteries in the tv remotes were wrapped in scotch tape and the cable barely worked to boot. I felt disgusting even sitting on the bed in my “Harry potter” closet-sized room that was nothing like advertised. No one should stay here. Only plus was there was no bed bugs (that I could find). If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
