Pick'n Vape

Extremely rude store owner who told me to get out of the store. Over priced vapes and has absolutely no etiquettes when greeting customers, addressing their concerns or even being appreciative of new business. Never walking into this store again and wouldn’t recommend you go here at all.

Wish i could rate it a negative. The store is overpriced. The only thing worse than the prices is the owner. The worst customer service ever. Do your self a favour and do not associate yourself with this store. If you have a girlfriend or a wife you know what I mean when I say its that time of the month". with this owner that "time" of the month is goes on continuously all the time. They should have a sign in a km radius that warns everybody that they are approaching pick n vape. STAY OUT OF THAT AREA in town. Just looking out for everybody."

Not sure why they don't have a better review.Same day pick up. I searched around for my renova zero and found this place had the best starter kit price which came with the juice. The website was easy to browse and payment was seamless. Communication was easy, recieved email and phone call confirmation.No complaints, will be coming by again.Thanks!

I have no issues leaving a 1 star review. No wonder they're liquidating. Store clerk is very rude. Called me a horrible names, i asked him to repeat them again but he wouldnt do it again b/c i turned around as i was walking away. I asked about testing 1of3 chargers i was about to buy for my pen. And he flipped out, started cussing. I left my dog outside but when i yelled she started barking so it was time to go. This business was doomed with this STORE CLERK. No way around it. If the STORE CLERK want rude, uninformed and begging people for reviews, then things might have gone different, they might have turned a profit? Its no wonder its in liquidation, the STORE CLERK has to hate working in there knowing that their days are numbered. He just takes it out on his costumers. He tried to offer me 3 for the prices of 2 but, no need, if hes going to be rude why spend money there? STORE CLERK doesnt know how to hold a small business and its a shame.(Im emphasising store clerk here, so when the owner reads this, it should stick in their mind theyree just a store clerk of run down business)

Recently purchased Flavors and 2 cartridges. The experience was seamless, communication was on point (they kept me up to date regarding the delivery timeline) and got the product I wanted delivered within a few days. The owner was also pretty nice and friendly.Would definitely buy again when I am running low :)

All the 5 stars you see on here are either website pick ups or people this desperate guy begged to write good about him. He has absolutely no idea what he's doing in there, the simplest order will take him 10 minutes to just look up on his ipad. After buying a device from him mid-summer, he begged me to buy another one and that it would be half the price. Ended up emailing to beg for a review as well. The device recently just stopped working and charging, so I called and my way over there. Long story short , after waiting 30 minutes in total listening to him talk, he wanted me to get him cash for the convenient store next door and get charged or etransfer him off the records or something. I was on my phone sending his transfer when he said You dont seem too happy" I replied not really

I read a lot of reviews about how rude is the owner, it's true!The guy is like standing on his tail ready to fight, he makes you nervous when he opens his mouth to talk!!Today I called him to pickup an order, he asked me if I can come now? I told him yes but it will take me 20 minutes to drive so I'll be there after 20 minutesThen he suddenly told me that he can't take this headache from me" !!I asked him what headache

I had a bad experience with this place specially the guy who is working there..I placed the order then i went there to pickup my order then the guy spoke to me very rude , he said you have to give me a good review to get your order .,also he forced me to buy more items. did you hear that before in any shop in the world ?He reject to give me the order then say go and give me a good review then come back to get your order....Finaly guys dont go there ever.Go to here reviews or information even the walk all of them 1 star.....he will lose this business soon.

Great customer service. Did everything possible to get my order to me same day shipping even though I was past the 1pm cut off time and got it to me within 2 hours. I couldn’t have asked for better service from these guys.
