Brought my car in for a repair of the lower front portion of the bumper that had a crack in it as well as some minor scratches in other areas. Darren is a very honest and pleasant guy. Very pleased with the repairs and the price.

I am very happy with Carsmetics' work. The paint on my car now looks absolutely amazing. It makes a big difference in how the car presents.I purchased my car used earlier this year with several areas of paint chips, road rash, and scratches. These were on the hood, low part of front bumper, and front quarter panel. The low front bumper also had some damage.Darren recommended repainting certain panels (bumper and hood), and using other panels (quarter panels that carried some scratches) to blend the newly painted panels into the existing paint on the car. Blending costs less than repainting (repainting sounds like a lot more work). His blending also covered up the scratches on those quarter panels.I couldn't even tell where the physical damage to the front bumper was when Darren returned the car to me.Darren is knowledgeable and I trust his advice. He does high-quality work; I couldn't be happier with the result that he achieved. I am glad that my friends referred me to Carsmetics and I will definitely recommend Carsmetics to friends.

Darren is amazing, very customer centric, thorough with this work.I had driven my Audi Q5 into a giant flower pot which scraped off paint from my front side bumper. Brought it to Darren and he quoted me his price which was way lower than OEM dealer referred body shops and other shops around. Plus the quality of his work his at par with any OEM body shop, he himself as a high standard for his car and stands by his work. Results - car was picked next day and it was impeccable!! I went to this location to inquire about paint correction and to see if they can help me out with my 2018 Mustang GT. It had some obvious scratches that made it hard to kinda enjoy the vehicle. Especially when i would sit in drive thrus because you can see the scratch right there. Long story short.. Darren assessed the areas that needed attention and carefully went through the steps he needs to take in order to achieve the finish he wants. I found the prices very competative/fair & reasonable, which is hard to come by these days. I would 100% recommend this location for all your paint correction needs. I think Darren went above and beyond my expectations. Oh and Carsmectics was able to finish the job within 3-4 hrs. If you don't believe me then I hope these pictures show the repairs a little better. If you go, ask for Darren. He is the man! The picture provided shows the strachs and all the areas that have been corrected! He also took care of the many stone chips my vehicle had sustained in its life.

By chance, I met Darren last fall when he was working on a vehicle in my neighbourhood . Recently, I put a significant mark of the rear plastic bumper cover on our Honda CR-V. I contacted Darren and he fit me in a few days later. I arrived at his shop at the appointed time and was greeted with a warm, sincere and friendly greeting. He took the vehicle in to his shop and over the next two hours, proceeded to work on it while I watched. His shop is neat, spotlessly clean and well organized. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. He is a perfectionist and nothing was good enough until I was completely satisfied. The repaired area blends in perfectly and our CR-V looks as good or better than new. Thank you Darren, it was a pleasure meeting you and finding someone whose work ethic is nothing short of perfection.
