I had a terrible experience. Don’t take walkers there for fixing.Staff were unwilling to help me with getting my Mum’s walker looked at. They wheeled it away and came back so quickly that I’m not convinced a technician looked at it. Took it to a different place to have it fixed.

What to say....at first, we had a hard time finding someone to help us, seemed like everyone was busy doing?. Then we found someone, but she kept leaving us to do??. I went and said something about us being unhappy with our service and someone should be with us throughout the time we were there. We ended up purchasing a bulk item and as it turns out there had been a mix up, new staff and I know this because the CSR helping us, told me. So, after we figured out the mix up, I contacted Kristen, the Manager, explained everything and she made it 100% right!!! Kristen even came on the delivery to ensure it was done correctly. Adam, the driver, each time we either spoke to him on the phone or in person, very professional and seems like a genuinely nice person who truly cares.So, although it was made right in the end, the CSR at the start, almost made us walk out the door. If it wasn't for them having what we wanted, we would have left. However, we are glad we didn’t!Sometimes, things aren't always as they seem. All new staff can be very overwhelming for the Customer, the Manager and for the CSR themselves.Again, THANK YOU to Kristen and Adam for going ABOVE AND BEYOND....

I rented a hospital grade breast pump from this store that works so well and was like new, and the manager was so knowledgeable on the subject. She was so nice to talk to, very kind. Not only did she answer all of my questions but she made sure I got everything I needed very quickly. She sent a driver very promptly and he was so nice to deal with as well and delivered to me quickly. I'm am very impressed with the people at this store.

My hubby N I had an issue with something we had purchased that was not refundable the sales lady had made an error and we're given an item in which didnt end up fitting my hubby which it was very important for my hubby to have and we couldnt afford another 80 dollars to replace. After speaking with a manager who was very polite and explaining such she had quickly resolved the problem and gave us another one which is size we need. We are grateful for this and customer service we received.

i sustained a very bad knee sprain, as i was driving i lost the clip that attaches to the knee wrap. i pulled into Wellwise and asked if they sold the clips. sadly they did not however the young lady went to the back to check and she found 2 clips and offered a few safety pins. i cannot say enough for there kind help and genuine concern for my knee....tyvvm fr your help my knee thanks you....

Needed a lightweight wheelchair for my 94 yr old mom. Wanted lightweight so I could lift in and out of trunk.They didn't have any but a very kind person named Theresa said she would order me one. Arrived today and is in fact very lightweight. Just love it

We purchased a lift chair and many other items from this store and we couldn’t be any happier. All of the employees , especially the manager went above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. Even during a pandemic when these stores are at the mercy of the suppliers who are having a tough time fulfilling orders. Definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of these types of services !

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they went above and beyond to provide what my grandmother needed. Every time I visit this location the employees are very responsive and they go above and beyond. They have a wonderful team.
