The manager today at the customer service was rude. I came to return the baby formula cause my child doesnt tolerate the Enfamil. Due to shortage for Nestlé good start stage 2 I had to buy other formula box. Doctor gave sample and my child doesn't tolerate. So came to return. With all the run around all the way to Port Hope from Scarborough, I misplaced the receipt. The manager is asking for bank statement to show proof of purchase or original receipt. How epic this is to share my bank statement. This is ridiculous. She tells me that they have to give the receipt proof to the supplier so that walmart the retail giant can get their money for baby formulas. I am one of the family who struggles to find the right formula for the child. And this Walmart does this pain full experience to the families.

One star. It’s not for this location. One star for Walmart Canada. They banned the plastic bags and replace reusable bags. Which is good for the environment. Do they really care about the environment? If yes they should banned plenty of plastics in the store. They just want to make money out of all the bags. Plastic bags used to cost 5 cents. Now the new bags cost 35 cents and $ 2.17 plus tax. Guess what most if the time they don’t keep the 35 cents bags and you will have no choice and need to buy the $ 2.17 bags. This corporation is robbing the Canadians in legal way. Please Walmart Canada Canadian suffering so bad from MR Justin leadership . Don’t give poor Canadian more hard time.

I have been coming to this store for around a year and have found the service in the meat department to be above and beyond, specifically when dealing with Leanne who always welcomes me with a smile and a positive attitude. I trust Leanne to help me choose the best cut sirloin steaks and have have yet to be let down. Thanks for all your help and for making my shopping experience the best it can be.

One of the employees smell absolutely rancid. There is 0 excuse that management hadn’t privately told this person or supplied them with basic hygienic needs such as deodorant, soap, etc in the case they don’t have some at home.This employee was stocking the shelves, and we could smell them from 5 aisles away. 5! And we weren’t the only ones! At least 10 other customers in the store were covering their noses.It smelt like body odour. But an excessive amount. It was as if this person bathed in their own sweat and stench for the last 3 years. Not over exaggerating. I am repulsed that I was forced to endure that smell. It should be illegal.

The lowest rating is one star so I'm giving them the lowest rating I can. Went there Sunday noon to pick up some groceries and the shopping carts are all locked. You need a quarter to unlock. Who has a quarter in their pockets now? So detached from their customers needs. Congratulations on your summer management trainee who is coming up with all the smart ideas to make things a lot worse for you. You lost my business smarties. If they don't have respect for their customers #boycottwalmart.

As with most visits the store is clean and tidy, well lite. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I was also picking up a on line order. Some items I need are not available in store, but only on line. They do need to work on there systems. Last order had 2 errors in it. This one was perfect. We'll see what my next one will be!

This is a good Walmart . Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful . Shelves are normally stocked and they always have some very good clearance items. Food aisles are genuinely full. Loads of parking and enjoy the free Wi-FI. They do have a lot of self checkouts.

I'm a long time shopper of this Walmart as it's my home store. It was recently renovated so everything looks tip top, but it has always been a very tidy and organized store. A big bonus is there's often items on deep clearance which makes for a nice shopping surprise. Grabbed these 3 items (basically damaged packaging) at great deals yesterday. The manager and staff were friendly, and everything was brought out to my car. You'll definitely get the ideal Walmart shopping experience here.
