The UPS Store
This UPS store is now open all the time on Saturdays because the legend himself, Bhupinder, is working 10am-3pm every Saturday. All of you complaining that this store is only open 9-5pm Mon to Fri, your reviews are now obsolete. I’ve only been here twice but felt compelled to write a review because the service here has been impeccable both times. I have another UPS store closer to me in Cloverdale but I still come out of my way to this one because it’s THAT much better of an experience.

Really good service here on several occasions. Shawn is very knowledgeable about shipping procedures, and gives clear and helpful advice about every aspect of shipping your item, including wait times, insurance and even potential customs issues. Couldn't really ask for more.

We dealt with Imraj for our transaction and was very impressed with his customer service. My boyfriend had to ship an item and I was just pleased with Imraj’s overall attitude and demeanor. He explained all the shipping costs to us and what other packages would be and different express and regular delivery options were. I know it may just seem like someone doing their job however I can always appreciate easy-going service and well explained practices. I assume they do a lot of business as there are a bunch of packages waiting to be picked up. They also have lockers and printing areas.

The place is the best ups I ever been too. Nice and clean, professional staff, good service, and cheaper rates than any other local UPS Stores out there. Highly recomended for locals in Langley!

I dropped in this store today for the first time. Amazing wonderful staff. Cant recall owners name but he helped me load a bunch of heavy packages into the store from the parking lot. 5 stars!!!
