What an asset to the community. Always helpful and knowledgeable.Special thanks to Emile and Connor for working so hard to mount very tight tires on my rims. Incredible feats of strength to get them mounted correctly.

First time travelling with my bike by plane and I brought it to the Cyclery to get it boxed for the flight; the mechanics did an absolutely fantastic job packing it up with care and a lot of attention to detail. The mechanic who built my bike back up, upon arrival overseas, was very impressed with the packing job too. I highly recommend The Cyclery for your bike needs - great service and wonderful staff!!

When in looking for a low cost replacement parts for an older kids bike. The person in the back was able to repair the crank shaft at no cost and they spent time finding kid's pedals. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, I would say this shop is a mixed bag. They have nice selection in cycling tires, bar tape, accesories etc, however the latest customer experience I had here was sub par. (I am a student who prefers things to be done as affordably as possible).For anyone considering going to the Cyclery for sales/ service I would caution them to avoid the employee Connor. He very aggresively upsells on every item, and will attempt to convince you that x repair it is absolutely necessary. I.e. I brought my gravel bike in for a regular tune up and he proceeded to tell me it would require a new headset and rear bearings (raising the price from $80 to $180 with parts and labour).On the other hand, the actual mechanic who fixed my bike (John) did everything that was necessary for $80, and even went so far as to tell me that if it was my bike

Owner stayed a bit late so I could pick up a missing/needed charging cable for my build at another shop before I left for a week. Saved a week of riding on the new bike for me, thank you!

Fantastic customer service. They took care of an issue with my gravel tires even though it was all my fault. I offered to pay some kind of fee but they would not accept it.Highly recommend this bike shop!

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I had some troubles putting a thru axel bike on my trainer (which was not purchased from the Cyclery) and they gave very helpful advice. Overall, very impressed!

Thanks for installing new break pads on the old caliper that you order to be changed while the new caliper come with break pads.....plus the old caliper....just needed some cleanup.Bad client service experience in general on top of that.
