I had very bad experience buying a car Key from James. He had promised me about sending finished key and it will be a three buttons key like the exact one that I have. He charged me $55 and sent me the key which was priced $40. Not only this he also asked me to send him my key pictures so he could be able to send me the finished key while the key I received was not finished. Now when I have asked about return he is asking me to generate the label from my end for return which I can but looking at the history of James's reviews he has never refunded anyone a single penny after receiving the return. James, I'll send you the key back once you will issue me my refund, you can not be trusted.

I have purchased keys for two cars there. I buy the cars at auction so they only come with one key. Getting extras from a dealer would be upwards of 500$. Canada Automotive charges about 100$ per key which is a huge savings for me. Both times it took about 20mins which I consider reasonable. The keys work. Also... the dogs in the office are cute :)

Ordered my key fobik with key for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and am super happy. In and out within 15 mins for programming the key and key and go proximity. Saved some money, which is really helpful, and happy I found Canada Automotive Supply. I'm sure they do online purchases without reprogramming as the rate to reprogram is about the same as the dealer. But, if you are in the area, take a drive to Aylmer and get it all done there. Price is right for the product, key cut, and reprogramming. Top notch! Thank you.

I ordered the key through Amazon and when I received it, it looked slightly different. I left a message expressing my concern. They called me back and double checked with me my make/model and year and assured me it was the right key. I went to Honda to have it programmed and no problem at all. Good product and timely response.

Would rate less if I could. Bought a key for my accord here a year ago(in store). The housing broke and went to buy a new one to replace it and the guy not sure his name told me he had to cut me a whole new key and reprogram it. Total up charge when all I wanted was a new plastic housing. I would stay clear of buying anything through them. With the lack of reply’s to the reviews you can see they really don’t care.

I ordered a blank key and a Remote from them for my 2001 MAXIMA over the phone and I paid over the phone. FIVE MINUTES after that, I cancelled the remote and said I want the key only. They charged me 90 bucks for both and I received nothing in the mail while I do receive anything sent to me from anyone else. Since Sept 2018 I keep calling them to get a refund and they keep saying it will be in your bank account within 7-10 business days". It took me till Dec to receive the refund.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!."
