I’ve been attending Headwaters Physiotherapy for about 7 years and have recently visited the physio therapy clinic. Always extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I receive. The therapists are knowledgeable and attentive, and they take the time to understand my specific needs and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to me. The facilities are clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming and relaxing. Not to mention the wonderful ladies at the front desk always the first to greet you with a smile.I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physio therapy. The therapists are truly experts in their field, and they are dedicated to helping their patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I am grateful for the excellent care I have received, and I will definitely be returning to this clinic for any future physio therapy needs.

Nirushan is a great physiotherapist. He is personable, knowledgeable and helped eliminate the lack of movement and pain in my shoulder/arm. I liked that he had a treatment plan with therapy modalities, as well as exercises and a timeline of when he expected my issue to be resolved.

I have had Nirushan working on my 2 broken wrists for a few months now. Very personable and very informative about my treatment. Front office ladies are always very pleasant and helpful.

A very professional first experience! The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and ‘checked me in’ quickly and efficiently.I didn’t have to wait long for Mario to call for me. I had a great assessment and review of my current status and needs. And I felt he really cared and was listening to me. I really appreciated the thorough examination and I really feel like he’s invested in me getting better. I am really motivated to work to improve my health and well being!Although they couldn’t bill my insurance directly (issue with my insurance not with this clinic!) the efficiency in issuing electronic receipts and all my appointments booked and put into my virtual schedule, I was amazed. This place is a very well run and organized service. I’ll book my massages here going forward too!

I had a life changing accident, that required me to go to physio. But 3 years ago I was in a car accident and went to physio at another location and it was such a waste of time and gimmicky. The thought of doing physio again seemed like such a waste of time and money, especially since I don't have benefits. My friend referred me to Headwaters physio. I told her I'd give it a try but no promises. My physio therapists are Kathy and Kody, they are two amazing and truly gifted individuals, who treat you as an person not a number, they email you your physio exercises and always respond to your emails and keep up with your files with your Dr. I had other appointments and I have had them come to the appointment wanting to stay in the lop to ensure they where providing the best fitted treatment for me. I would highly recommend this physio place to anyone that wants to do better then just get by after there injury. I have beaten a lot of the odds that the Dr and Surgeon had said and I owe a lot to them thank yous!This Physicality has everything and more. Very approachable and friendly staff in a clean environment. Set the bar high for your recovery and if you want to be better then the old you come here. They will educate you and speak to you on a equal level and are capable of answering your questions and care to help.
