Laser Speed Inc

I've have had an awful experience with Laserspeed. I purchased an HPM608 and I've had nothing but issues with it. The first few weeks it worked fine than it started smudging, than it would not print labels, than envelopes than pretty much anything I printed it would smudge. I called Laserspeed and the first thing I was told by Howard was that my 30 day warranty was up. I was given a phone # for HP support. I called them and after several phone calls and much trouble shooter, HP finally agreed to send me a new fuser. I was than told by HP that this type of printer wasn't meant to print labels..WHAT!!!!. this is a high commercial printer. I was very disappointed with Howard's support. Although I understand that the printer warranty was up my firm has dealt with Lasersppeed for over 20 years. The proper course of action would have been to have the printer replaced. I will not recommend anyone to buy a printer through Lasersppeed.

I LOVE Laser Speed Inc. My 7-year-old HP printer broke, and the company specializing in this type of repair told me they don't repair residential printers; they gave me no one to turn to. After buying, trying and failing to connect 2 types of printers (wireless, both of which I returned) to my network, I discovered and called Laser Speed. Dan was extremely helpful, asked me to bring in the printer and Mike, the technician would call me in the morning with a quote, which he did! The repair was quick, simple and the price was more than fair! I highly recommend this company: Mike and Dan literally saved me from having to buy a new (wireless) impossible-to-connect printer. I highly recommend them!!!
