Went for a walk-in nail trim/grind for my 1 year old puppy. She was nervous but with Christine's help the process was quick, clean and minimal fear for our dog. Definitely recommend this business.

Update after the owner reached out: the groomer that groomed my dogs the first two times called me and explained that the last person that groomed our dog is no longer working there. The person I was talking to on the phone was our dog's groomer the first two times. However, the dog was not looking forward to going there last time, which means this would not be his first unpleasant experience. When the groomer reached out she was very kind, and asked me what it would take for us to try them again. I explained that we now have 2 dogs and what would make sense to us would be to bring both dogs in at the same time, but pay only for the new dog since the first one was guaranteed that he had a really bad experience and we are just testing them out again. The groomer said that they could do 50% on the first dog and that didn't work for us. We said that she can ask the owner if that works and get back to us with a response. I did not get a call back from them, but I got this response to the review (they have deleted the response sinse my update, but they were basically saying I'm sorry you didn't want to take us up on our offer because we'd like to have you back as a customer), which I can only assume means they didn't want to take us up on our offer.Original post: I had originally given them 5 stars but it was just beginner's luck I guess. Last two times I took my dog there, he didn't want to stay, and he loves going everywhere! He was very stressed and I didn't know why. When I dropped him off they seemed very indifferent, I thought maybe they were busy. When I picked him up, they had done a terrible job with his haircut, his nails, and the dog couldn't wait to get out of here. He was yelling at me for leaving him there and he never does this. Ever. Also, they are way overpriced. I won't be taking him there again.

Today i took Theo to Silvie( hope i spelled this right) she did a brilliant job on Theo! He looks and feels wonderful and i will definitely go back to her! She obviously cares about customer satisfaction! Thank you!

Took my 2 dogs an aussie doodle and a Golden Retriever x. My GR looks and feels fabulous! My doodle looks awfulHis beard and head were shaved down to nothing and his mouth line is one sharp cut squaring his head. His legs were shaved not scissored and left unexen. I had prepared my dogs prior so zero matts to deal with was no excuse to not do good styling. Photos are before and after..Apparently i got a new groomer and Dazzling dogs have offered to style my boy when his hair grows back which I am very grateful for..good business to stand behind their work. Thank you!

I visited here to see a specific groomer who is unfortunately not working at this time due to an emergency. She was the shining star of Dazzling Dogs. She took care with my dog who has only had muscle attaching his leg to his body. She let me watch the grooming when we started with him and once again later very recently. And she understood that I have been sick for 20 years and that life is difficult for me. If I was 10 min late for an appointment she would call me and I would be there in 5 minutes. However, I can not say much good about the business now. Today I they had my dog done 2 hours after they said she would be ready. They refused to honour a credit of $22.00 that the manager awarded me after a lengthy discussion with him. They claimed this was because I was late dropping her off this morning by 30 min. They dredged up a past no show from over 3 years ago, and said they were tightening up policy. If you want to come here be sure you are perfect!

Very good at there job. I have had a lot of problems with other groomer, they always made my baby cry by cutting her so Short, that she would bleed. But with dazzling groomers. They were patient. And caring.

They were able to take my 6month old pit/lab mix as a walk in to trim her nails. Was in and out in less than 20mins. So much less stress on my dog and myself. Very reasonable prices for all kinds of services.
