I visited this location to gave my fingerprints for the citizenship. The front desk staff very professional & helpful.& she did my paperwork in a very nice way. But I forget to ask her name. Overall she’s very nice & professional.I highly recommend this place to people who wants to get all services those are provided by UFSL.

I was looking for a place where I could get my fingerprints done for my PR application. I take my PR application very seriously, so I looked for different fingerprint businesses all over the lower mainland; and after emailing many, Aman from Universal Fingerprinting replied to me with answers to all of my questions in a prompt manner. I then called the office, and she again was very helpful. I decided to drive from Richmond to this location in Surrey just because of Aman’s assistance in answering all my questions. I was greeted by Aman once again in the office, and her customer service was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and patient; and knowledgeable about the fingerprinting process. I left very satisfied with the service, and I absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking to get black ink fingerprints done for your PR.Thank you Aman, and may the Lord Jesus bless you.

I visited UFS earlier this month and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Right from enquiring about hours over the phone to getting my finger prints done, Jasmin helped me with amazing customer service. She’s great at her job, an absolute delight!

Went there for my PR RCMP PCC and then for my Husband’s. Amazing people. I had help from Jasmin and she was so friendly and helpful. She made my day. Very fast service. Thanks a lot ❤️

Parking is major issue at this building. It is at the rear of the building so it is very hard to find for first time visitors. The parking is mostly full and very tight parking spots as well.

Friendly and professional customer service. She clearly explained the process before starting and it was so easy, definitely recommend.
