I had the most abrasive/rude assistance when I went to purchase flowers Friday evening. I had brought a vase in for flowers purchased to be put in (as I had done once before with no issues). The woman working seemed unhappy I had done so and starting loudly yelling that I needed to buy 1 or 2 more bouquets to fill the vase. Very abrasive. Both me and my partner were in disbelief as we walked out of the store at how rude she was. I won’t be going back here for future flower purchases.

I ordered flowers for bereavement purposes for someone. Ordered over the phone, so I didn't get a chance to see what was being ordered, but trusted that they would be nice (always a risk when ordering from florists over the phone). The flowers that were delivered were beautiful, tasteful and extremely well priced for what we got! I will definitely use them again!

These folks were awesomely helpful! Thanks to them I was able to send a beautiful bouquet within just a couple hours of calling to an event I couldn't be at in person. The customer service is excellent. I ordered and paid for a bouquet for delivery for a grieving friend, but at the time had no idea that her husband was highly allergic to flowers. The owner kindly gave me a refund for the entire sum.

AMAZING flower shop, incredible selection and quick-friendly service. Got one of the most beautiful bouquet of flowers that I hand selected and then they beautifully organized/wrapped in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable pricing as well, highly recommended!

I called and ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mother who lives in downtown Toronto. They delivered on time and sent a nice fresh arrangement that looked just like the one I picked out on the website. Professional, polite, good quality, and reasonably priced. Totally satisfied.
