I went to this lawyer for a notary. He did not put the address on it, so it was denied. He ended up giving a refund though.

Mr. Smart, is a very nice person, he doesn't charge too much like other lawyers.If you only need documents notarized, it's the best place to go. You have to leave him a message and he will get back to you.

We had an issue with a builder in Guelph and approached several lawyers in Guelph and area for advice. All of the lawyers we approached told us that nothing can be done and that we're wasting our time. John on the other hand listened, and drafted a letter to advocate our position to the builders right away even though our chances were low.Mind you this was a week before closing and it was because of his experience and guidance that we were able to get the builder to respond to our issues before we closed.I thank you John for your service and for your wisdom. Mr. Smart is a very friendly, kind and positive person. Even with the little time we had spent with him you could tell he knows his field from the inside out. We went to notarize some documents from him and he made the process quick and easy whilst answering any questions we had. His service charges are little compared to others nowadays. I personally recommend Mr. Smart to anyone that needs his type of services and will come to him for future needs.
