I scheduled a test drive and when I got there at the arranged time the reception didn't acknowledge me nor did anyone else for several minutes. Then the person I was to meet with came over, said he'd go get the car and clear it off and did my partner and I want to sit down and have a coffee. I said no, I'd like to see the car please. He left and didn't appear again for a while. Came back to get his boots on and took a battery charger with him. was away for another several minutes and came back in muttering about the cold, grabbed a different charger and started to leave again. I stopped him and said, look if I have already waited nearly 1/2 hr and the battery is dead it's not looking good. I have to get to work. I went out with him and the car was buried in snow and still had ice on the windshield and windows. The battery was dead. I said this isn't going to work for me, that I had driven 1/2 hr to get there and shouldn't it have been ready to go when I arrived? he muttered about someone was supposed to clear the snow etc. I left and will not waste my time there again. Do not recommend.

I left a deposit after checking a car on a Saturday, deposit was made using credit card… On Sunday we changed our mind and decided not to go forward with the purchase. we are told to come in person to take the deposit back even though the deposit was made via credit card..n we are in Montreal and their office in Terrebonne...Since it was public holiday on Monday we called and said we r coming on Saturday.Saturday - we reach the office and we r told there is no one to carry out the deposit return, the salesman there told us but why did we come in person this can be done via phone..we had to return back Montreal and call them..atleast 30 40 calls, financial person was always busy or not at his place..only after i told them i will call consumer protection that my money was returned!! They were deliberately toying with me to come in person since i did not buy with them….

Hi everyone hope this helpsI've found a car on autotrader and contacted the dealership they called me back to confirm the next day appointment.When I arrived to the dealership the vehicle was not there and I live 30min away.The sales rep apologized and asked me if I wanted to see it the next day I said yes.Today they called me in the am to confirm that the vehicle was at the dealership and to confirm that I was still interested I said yes .Few hours later the same salesman calls me saying the car was SOLD!I will never go back to this placeAnd I strongly suggest to all of you to say away from this place.

Je suis en voyage à l’étranger pour encore 3 mois mais je dois m’acheter une voiture à mon retour et je vois une voiture qui me plaît donc je les contacte. Étant dans cette situation pour la première fois et ne pouvant être sur place pour l’achat du véhicule, la première chose que je demande est si c’est possible d’acheter par téléphone. On me répond que oui c’est possible alors je prends rdv pour que ma personne de confiance puisse aller essayer la voiture. Une fois sur place, à 1h de route de chez lui, il se fait dire qu’il ne peut pas essayer la voiture car elle est « sport ». J’ai dû appeler pour qu’ils acceptent finalement. Après l’essai, je suis prête à acheter le véhicule mais finalement on me mentionne que je dois obligatoirement être sur place et que ce ne sera pas possible. Une vraie perte de temps pour tout le monde qui n’aurait jamais eu lieu si la première personne s’était informée avant de me dire n’importe quoi.

Had an appointment to test drive a Q5 2018 , confirmed the day before and arrived to the dealership in time for my appointment.Turns out the boss decided to take it for the weekend , what a waste of my time, and such an incredibly disappointing service. Don't waste your time like I did.

I bought tucson 2019 last year with them. I got changed my winter tyres with them which they gave me when i bought my car. I went in december to change tyres. They gave me summer rims and summer tyres back. So i have like different 4 rims and different 4 tyres. Now when i change my winter tyres again to summer tyres. I got know that the tyres dosent fit to the rim. I always have to bring my 4 tyres and 4 rims.Very disappointed with the service.Please let me know how to fix this.

Bonsoir nous avons pris possession d une véhicule cette semaine notre vendeur yavier directeur adjoint il nous a montrer les véhicules que nous voulions voir sens aucun pro leme nous avons choisi un de c est modele nous somme très satisfaits et le lendemain nous voulions des pneu d hiver il a pris le temps de nous trouver des pneu avec mais et il nous ont poser les pneu sens frais emidiatement très bon service monsieur yavier

Je me cherchais un véhicule rapidement suite au bris du mien. J’ai reçu un service exceptionnel. Je recommande grandement mon vendeur M. Palencia qui a été très proactif étant donné l’urgence de la situation. Merci encore!
