YEG Burger
We were having brunch at another Edmonton restaurant some time ago , when I was being silly and joked with this man about tasting his food. He did offer to let me taste it! We got chatting and he told us to come visit his restaurant Yegburger. Well today was the day. I remembered him the minute we walked in. We massacred the cool tray of food that was brought to us ,so no picture cause it wasn't pretty after we destroyed the tray. It was after the lunch rush. Lovely place it was quiet and we had the mushroom burger and fries my husband had the corn dog and onion rings. so yummy, such nice folks...... we probably won't eat for a few days it was big servings. Thanks for everything. Delicious see you again!

Great food, you can tell everything is made fresh.Another thing I noticed was the engagement with his community. You can see that the owner has made a connection with everyone in his area, and it shows.When my friend & I were sitting for lunch a young woman came in with a broken foot. He asked what happened etc. And offered to help bring her food out to her vehicle.Very genuine, very warm and welcoming...and again the food UNREAL.

Amazing burger. I went for the burger between two grilled cheese sandwiches and was not disappointed. This is not a burger for the faint of heart. You will need to have a nap after this burger.The fries were pretty good and had a nice seasoning.Overall a pretty good spot to grab a bite.

Delicious gourmet burgers. Must try mushroom burger and grilled chicken burger. Last we went they had special nashville chicken burger and it was delicious. Their seasoned fries are amazing as usual.

Just a really chill burger joint focused on delicious food. Tried the Nashville hot chicken burger. It was tasty but personally would prefer it to be spicier. The fries were top notch as was the strawberry shake. The owner is just awesome. So friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell he cares about customers having a great experience.

YEG Burger was brought up by friends and family as one of the better burger places in town. My partner and I decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint! We ordered two burgers and a poutine which cost us around $30.The joint is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood (ironically beside a medical clinic). Inside was modern and clean, and we had a nice view of the kitchen showing that the burgers and fries were made fresh to order.The Go2 Burger is your classic burger. We could really tell how fresh each of the ingredients were and focus on how amazing taste of the patty. Being able to nail something so basic shows they have their fundamentals down. The Mushroom Burger was also amazing. The mushrooms and sauce added earthy and creamy flavours without overwhelming the burger patty. The poutine came in a large portion and the fries were still crispy, however, it was definitely over salted so make sure to get a glass of water.Overall, our experience here was amazing. The burgers and poutine definitely filled us up and was well worth the money; something most places can’t offer these days. Everybody should give this place a try, and I see myself coming back here again in the future!

Plenty of burgers to choose from and can't wait to try some more next time! The Return of the Mac is excellent and the sauce tastes great. Girlfriend had the mushroom burger and the sauce tastes great. Burgers look a little messy to eat but nobody eats a burger looking to be clean. Especially ones this good!Had their Nashville Hot Chicken Burger and it was pretty good as well. Taste was on point but could be spicier.

Absolutely incredible food and great company! My fiancé and I dined in today for the first time and we were blown away by so many aspects!1. The service was great! So friendly and welcoming2. The burgers themselves were perfect! Not too big, delicious patty, and the fries were so tender and crispy!3. The restaurant itself was so clean and it was cool to see the artwork on the wall!The atmosphere was so welcoming and had great vibes!We will definitely be coming back asap with the rest of the family!

Honestly 8/10 napkins needed for this amazing and delightful food. The fries never disappoint and the burgers, always handmade and consistently flavourful. I absolutely love the gluten free buns because they taste and look like real buns. So good!!
