A wonderful studio! There are lots of options for classes both in terms of style and date/time. The staff and owner are warm and work to learn everyone's name which makes it feel very welcoming. I particularly like their practice of placing a cool towel on your forehead during savasana.

Lahari is an absolute gem of a studio. Larissa and all of the staff create such a welcoming, warm and supportive space. There are various classes throughout the day with an opportunity to try many different types of yoga including hot flow, restorative and yin for all different levels. I feel grateful to be able to practice at such a beautiful and authentic studio with such genuine instructors. Thank you Lahari for making this studio such an accepting space!

Been going to this studio off and on for years. Took a refresher Beginner Class" from Harry. Such a great teacher. He really takes the time to make sure we are in correct position and is as always a great motivator. A great start to getting back at it.November 15

My sister took me to a class and OH MY GOSH!!! coming back for sure. Not only was it fun but my body feels amazing and Lahri doesn't push or embarrass anyone. She's so fluent and non-judgemental. She even goes above and beyond with visiting each person individually with cold towels and essential oils. Never have i felt so safe yet excited to push myself. Best class ever and cant wait for the next one!!

Took a few hot yoga classes here and I wish I had more time to be a regular. Great studio, great service. So relaxing! Can get a little bit squishy in there on weekends so go early to get a good spot :)

This space is an absolute gem of a studio. I love how safe I feel to practice here. The lack of judgement, amazing team of instructors and good vibes makes this my home studio. I live on Whyte Ave but make a journey routinely to practice here. Very grateful for Lahari.

The most welcoming and warm environment. I would hang out here even if it weren't a yoga studio! Lots of options for all kinds of classes and abilities. Staff is incredibly kind and inclusive. I cannot say enough great things about this place! I also did my Yoga Teacher Training through Lahari and I would HIGHLY recommend. It's no wonder why they're consistently voted St. Albert's favourite studio!

I went to Lahari for the first time last night, and it had such a great environment and great space! Large rooms with beautiful windows! The class was well guided by the instructor (great for beginners) and is a complete judgement free zone! Thank you, I really enjoyed myself!
