The Kitchen Doctor

I hired this company in July to change out the doors and build a new pantry and counter in my kitchen + do the tile of the back splash. I knew it was going to take some time to get the renovations done.Covid and all. I was promised to have them done in August then September and then finally on Thanksgiving day they installed the doors the pantry and the counter. I had to wait for the tiling to be done because the employee that was going to do it left the company. About 2 weeks ago the tiling was done it looked good..the end was in sight!. This Saturday they came to do the grout it was such a bad job it destroyed the kitchen it looks patchy parts are missing it breaks my heart that I waited six months and now I am scraping out all the grout to hopefully save the backsplash.I complained to Mark he agreed the job was horrible but was trying to make me happy because it has been so long. He agreed that I wouldn't have to pay the balance owing. Which I am thankful and he is actually a nice guy however I am so sad that my kitchen looks so bad.I am now covered in dust and have about a week left to grind out all the grout and hopefully save my kitchen. I wasn't going to write this review but if this happened to somebody else I would feel badly.I strongly suggest you get a timeline written down if you're going to go with this company.

I had a great experience dealing with The Kitchen Doctor. Mark and his team did a fabulous job. I have a custom kitchen and wanted to add a large pantry. They built me a beautiful unit. It matches my existing kitchen perfectly right down to the stain. I highly recommend The Kitchen Doctor and will use them again when it comes time to do my bathrooms cabinets.

Mark Haines refaced my kitchen and bathroom cabinets recently. I was very pleased with the completed installation; the new cabinets really updated the look of the kitchen and two bathrooms! Bev and I used to be in real estate and construction so we know a thing or two about improving and adding value to a property. We have a good quality solid wood kitchen but it was very dark, old fashioned and was showing signs of wear and tear on the drawer and cupboard fronts.
