I was referred to Ruby and Spec Boutique by a close friend who has been using this service for years.We had our 1st appt during COVID and both Ruby and the Doctor were amazing! They had been delayed by their earlier appt., but still honored our appt., coming to our house, with full PPE to ensure everyone's safety. Full eye exam was completed and glasses purchased (Ruby has a vast selection of frames that she brings to the appt), all in the comfort of our home.Our glasses were ready and available by the next week, and pick up was arranged at a time/location that was convenient. The service was excellent and at no time did we feel rushed or unsafe - everything was fully explained during the appt.And the pricing was very comparable to large retailers! We have since had to have minor repairs (my husband broke his nose-pad off one pair) and Ruby was very accommodating. I have also ordered additional glasses since our 1st visit with high satisfaction.If you have elderly parent or would like to have this service in the comfort of your home, I highly recommend!
