The prime time donair poutine is amazing. They fry the donair meat in a sauce (or two) of your choosing with veggies and then put it onto a full bed of fries, cheese, and gravy. On top of the meat you can select any (or all 3) of the creamy sauces (donair, garlic, tatziki). The guy working there also informed me you can add any fresh donair toppings to the poutine at no additional charge. All the extras you ask for are included in the original price which is amazing. Honestly some of the best poutine I've ever eaten. My picture shows a large size which is a massive amount of food.

Food is good, guy in the cashier not so good. -5 stars. Primetime Donair please train your staff to have manners. Don't waive to your customer like a dog when calling them to pick up their order.

Standard beef donair combo was disappointing. Standard size is quite small. Meat and fries bland and didn't taste good. Donair was supposed to come with lettuce tomatoes and onion but ended up having pickles on it. Fountain machine not working and bottle pop choices limited. Wasn't good and will be spending $16 elsewhere next time

Great place for a quality donair. You have the option to have a classic or the primetime for a few bucks more. I opted to try the primetime beef donair fried up in sweet & spicy sauce which was delicious. I may have gotten carried away and had too many customized toppings which made my donair a touch soggy. Next time I'll keep it simple and leave more room for meat. Service was friendly and extremely quick, probably the first time I've seen a donair shop with more than 2 employees. They have a finely tuned production line going. Easy system set up for ordering and pick up, staff keeping the food prep areas clean and following covid protocols. My only complaint is that they should have a location closer to my house! Would fully recommend.

I don't know what happened to this place but the quality is going downhill. Every visit the quality is lower than the last visit. I am seriously looking for another donair places. This was my absolute favourite donair place but no longer. This place is just bad now.

My donair poutine God... you have defeated me. Twas a friday night yon early thisteryear 2018. My stomach was hungry, my eye's saw a sign that said Primetime Donair and Poutine while impatiently waiting at a red light, I stopped at the liquor store first and my curiosity stuck with so I drove over, realized it was where burrito libre used to be and I pulled over and unleashed the kraken in the parking lot. I got out struted my stuff in that door thinking, i've got this" mmmmmhmmm

First and last time here. Ordered chicken fingers and fries for my kids. On the menu says it comes with fries and 5 chicken fingers. Got 3 in one and 4 tiny ones in the other. Said they are pre portioned….if thats the case pre portion around 5 chicken fingers. Not the fries. Now my Donair is sitting at home getting cold and my kids a crying….awesome. FIRST AND LAST.
