The lady working at this store has some kind of“Multitasking Superpower”She helped everyone in the line all at the same time. Absolutely Amazing!!I highly recommend using this store.

0 stars if I could. Terrible experience. I paid for express, 1 day shipping, insured my package and followed all guidelines. I was ENSURED my package would be delivered next day.Guess what, package was late. I went in for refund and was ridiculed and given empty excuses from the employee. I finally get speaking to someone who can help, although helpful, told me I had to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund, which may not even be full, likely partial (I was told I'd receive a FULL refund).Will never use again and advise everyone the same

I am really at a loss for words. I got there at 9am (Saturday) when the store opened and the doors were locked with no one inside. I waiting until 9:30am and still no one showered up to open the store. Horrific service for a business. How can a customer be on time and no a staff member in sight?

I always prefer to go to this place to pick up or return items because the lady who works there is very kind and helpful. Thanks for your excellent job.

“Timeliness and professional” two words says it All for this Company. The customer care is also approachable and knowledgeable. It is indeed a 5-star as per my experience.

Excellent agent on duty Saturday Feb 4/23 at around 11:30am. Not being familiar with the process of returning a package, the female employee (sorry, I didn't take note of her name) walked me through steps explaining each one as she progressed. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

I just want to say that this company needs to disclose more information when using their online service. I purchased a lable to have a letter sent from Ottawa to London it was supposed to be a two day delivery. So it was sent today when I went on the their site to see the progress of my letter I was a little angry to see that the envelope wouldn't be arriving until Monday. So I called them and spoke to a supervisor and this is what she told me. Now when I did the lable for the two day delivery I had an agent on the phone to assist me during this process. The supervisor asked me if I chose the Saturday delivery. Their was no option for a Saturday delivery. She went to say well some area's when don't offer two day delivery. Okay the. Why does it not say that on their website. I told her that I was under the impression that express deliver would be two regardless of was Saturday or Sunday because on their website it's say seven day a week. I spoke to the agent befroe her she said that if I wanted two day delivery I had to 80 some odd dollars for the next day delivery. I again stated I had no problems do that if I was given the option and if it explained that but it didn't it express delivery two days would be 59.00 that's what I paid. The joke of it all is the agent on the phone said nothing and ask the person if the express was two days. Answer was yes.I won't receive my envelope until Monday now and I will never use this service again.The customer service is lacking and they need to explain clearly how their services work and the prices should match what your asking for as far as sending or receiving a package envelope or whatever.Jb

Went into this location Saturday early afternoon. The female employee should either work on her customer service skills or quit. She very obviously doesn’t care much for her job.

Opinions change.So my package kept going out and going back to the depot for whatever reason and I got especially frustrated after two days waiting around for my package and sent an email out to customer support… I was a little uuuuuum abrupt, not too bad but I asked what the deal was. Well as it turns out they had missed a major street identifier on the address for the packaging so the delivery guy called me (rather than just taking it back again) and told me he can release it to me if I’m willing to come meet him since he was on the wrong street.This is a major above and beyond moment for me. I’ve had my share of awful experiences with deliveries, one of which was with puralator but this experience has changed my mind. You’ve got some good people working for you.Edit: Once again dealing with Purolator proves to be irritating… Everytime these guys have to deliver to my house (and they actually have the correct address printed on the label) they don’t even bother ringing the bell or knocking, they just stick the sticky note to the door and leave… With my package. Then when I complain they say “oh there’s just so many doors at your house! We get so confused that we don’t even bother trying to knock on any of them!” Yet they always stick the sticky note to the correct door so… Figure that one out. As a result I’m always left waiting for my package till the next day and having to drive to a pick up location to get it. I don’t know if it’s laziness or willful ignorance but this company needs some retraining.Thank you

So Purolator location is a bit hard to find at this location. It is right beside the used children goods store Once upon a Child. Very handy almost touch less Amazon returns here. The mall is a little trickyto get out of, but worth it.
