Snow is hardly removed before it builds up to be an icy mess, sidewalks are horrible some are so bad you can’t pull into your own driveway without scraping bottom of car. Lots of stray cats running around. Not allowed fences . Honestly regret buying in this park

Neighborhood refuses to contain cats in own yard. Street parking not enforced. Boats and RV's and campers parked in driveways. Burned out street lights. Tore up road for over a year. Sidewalks very uneven and at a sideway slant.

Viscount Estates is a very well run mobile home park! The grounds are clean and it’s a very safe place to live. Viscount Estates accepts retirees and young families with children. The community center holds regular activities such as game nights and bingo. The hall is rented for showers and parties. The pool is open to residents of the park with separate times for young and older swimmers! Overall it’s a very nice place to live!
