Quebec City Ferry Terminal

Tried the roundtrip ride from Quebec to Levis and it was 7.1$. Decent view for the price, and it's usually not that full. However, you honestly don't see too much of the city, and mostly just the fairmont chateau frontenac. Took the ride at sunset, and the distance is actually quite short. I don't think the actual length of the ride is even 15 minutes.

Quebec-Levis ferry is lifeline for many people who commute between both cities. There are two Bridges in the south side but no direct connection in old city. The ferry operated on St. Lawrence River -it is tidal river so flow both way depending on low and high tide.The ferry can carry more than 550 passengers and 55 cars. The frequency is 30 mins and ride is just 10 mins long. You can enjoy nice view from the ferry.Summer time it is quite busy. You can view the both cities from each shore. During winter, you can see ice blocks floating on the rivers.Accessibility score is high as there is gondola to reach ferry and also you can take strollers on top deck.

Had a ticket from hop on hop off bus. It's a calming informative ride drinks served on board.

An inexpensive Ferry ride which allows you a great view of the Quebec City skyline. We got off the Ferry at Levis but quickly re boarded. Would like to have done it at night but didn't get the opportunity.

Best location to see both Quebec city and Levis is on this ferry. Cost less than $4 for an adult, $5 for a driver and a car, why drive? Take the ferry like a local.

For many years I have been using the ferry to quickly go between Lévis and Québec City. Fee is pretty cheap for a nice and romantic round trip day and night. Doesn't last long, but works year round and is nice and efficient through almost any form of bad weather. Fare is included if you have a monthly Opus bus card that you paid for the current month.

St. Lawrence River provided us with stunning views of both cities. My little one was fascinated by the water and the boats passing by. The ferry was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to easily navigate with a stroller and keep our toddler entertained. It was a convenient and enjoyable way to explore both sides of the river, providing a unique perspective of Quebec City.

It was an amazing experience. And it's very cheap and fast if you want to visit Lévis or just if you want a panoramic view of the town of Quebec.
