I'm a regular at this Tim's. Never a big fan because they kept messing up the orders, forgetting things and taking SOOOOOO long to make the orders. However, since a recent change of staff, I noticed a huge change in the drive through service. I always see the same young man at the drive through during the day. Very friendly, smily, and order is ready in a minute. Great service and great food!

Was ask to leave like some kind of freako after less than 30min after my last order since I already ordered something 10min before.I was preparing to continue on my way anyway and was just plain impolite to abord me that way, even the tone used was harshGood service the rest of the time I never had I thing to complaint but judge this comment important.Don't shun it because of my 3 star, I try to stay realistic so the 5 ones means something for real.Whish you all a great day, hope this was helpful.

Very slow. They spend more than 10 min per car. It took my more than 45 min to get a coffee. I will never try their drive through.

Second Tim that has a bad service in the last 2 weeks. The last one I visited were just three employees, 2 for the drive through, one for the inside and the one inside was on her first day with no help. I loved to go to Tim and I hope they will address their service issues.

I waited in the drive throw for 35mins for two donutsThey confirmed the type of donuts I wanted and after waiting all that time I got only 1 donut and it was not even the correct kind.

Food and coffee is great. Not watered down like some of the tims Express stores. Clean establishment with goo service.

Old lady screwed up my order and then told out loud to the staff super loud that I didn't know what I wanted. A specialty gourmet breakfast sandwich... NOT THAT DIFFICULT. Also she was proud to say that she does not speak english and that she does not have to. Hands down the worst take out experience. EVER!
