Galaxy Cinemas Chilliwack

We had a fantastic time Christmas Day and the staff were fantastic here. We originally purchased tickets for Abbotsford theater however due to flooding they were closed, we needed help getting into our movie of choice with our pre-purchased tickets for Abbotsford. The manager Nathaniel was fantastic, he called me back right away, was courteous and when we arrived set to accommodating us with no problem. The rest of the staff were quick,kind and helpful. Thanks everyone for making our groups night enjoyable!

Nice to have a ciniplex but gets overly crowded during big releases along with very pricey food options. Unfortunately, unlike other ciniplexes, this one is quite small but still gives a immersion experience in the theater

It's pricey, pocorns kind of terrible, but clean, great staff and the sound is amazing

My son and I went to see the Super Mario Bros movie. I haven’t been in a theatre since The secret life of pets was playing.They were not showing The Super Mario Bros on the UltraAVX like other Cineplex theatres around the lower mainland, it was playing on the regular outdated screen with very uncomfortable seating.When the movie came on, I was thinking what happened to the picture quality, it does not look like the trailer. I quickly realized it was the theatre screen itself.Overall my son was happy, except for the parents who brought their toddler with them. The toddler was whining and carrying on, my son has autism and the toddler was distracting him through half of the movie.Overall for me, it would have been nice to see the movie in better quality more crisp and not blurry in some scenes. And to not have a toddler in the theatre if you can’t keep him content.

Ok theatre that definitely needs an upgrade or refurbishing. We've been in one of the theatres here where the sound was off the whole movie. Even their avx sound is off and not what it should be. For what it costs to go see a movie, you'd think they'd spend some money on fixing up the place.

Great place but be sure to get there slightly early parking can Beverly busy.

I went on my bd, the young guy at the foods counter was funny amazing and hilarious as he upsaled stuff. He was also helpful in showing the deals to going the costs down a little. (Stuart??). The staff member that took the ticket was awesome, she even cleaned the theatre after, was friendly, ask how everything was. Very very good crew you have right now.

Transformers in 3D was epic. As a 90s kid it will always get 5 stars no matter what.

Immediately as I walk into the business and I start heading towards the self serve kiosk, one of the staff members there with the MOST condescending attitude says you can purchase your tickets from a REEAL person just over there " and she pointed towards the concession counter. She did this without even knowing why i was at the business

Great cinemas! They have great clean practices and help people by not having customer sit super close, crystal clear images and great sound. Theatres are always clean, no sticky shoes. Glad to see them hiring young people and that they are well trained. Always look forward to movie nights and this is my go to place.
