So very helpful.They love our dog.Great place to bath our dog.Pre-COVID-19 bath and nail 20$ You wash your dog and they help with the nail clippers or grinding.

Wow! I had a great experience in this store today. Outstanding customer service. I'm babysitting my daughter's cat and I wanted to pick up some extra treats. They really helped me out with deciding on exactly what to buy. They were so friendly and helpful. When I got home, I fed one to the cat. The treats get a thumbs up - cat approved!

Love this place! Great product, lots of selection, and good prices too. Beats the heck out of other pet store chains I've been to. Really cool look to the store too, complete with a dog wash station. We always take our dog here to get her nails done, and the service from the employees is always above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about Paw Street Market, I've been recommending it to every pet owner I know.

The staff at Paw Street Market are so amazing, welcoming and kind! They know me as the poodle lady with the puppies, lol. They go the extra mile to order the food we need ahead of time and call me when it comes in. They have a great selection of food, treats, and supplies. As a breeder, having this store so close is such a blessing!

Favourite pet-store! This has been our go to place since bringing home our puppy. Staff are very helpful, one employee helped us properly get our dog used to a gentle muzzle for walking. Also reasonable prices!

Best pet store I’ve been to, staff is so friendly and accommodative. Prices are decent too! Training my fur baby to be comfortable in the bath area and the staff had no problem helping me try to lure her up the steps, she didn’t exactly make it in the bath but made it to the top step. They said we are welcome to come and train her in the area till she feels comfortable enough to have a bath. The workers are so patient and helpful. Definitely gonna be a long time customer!

I took my dog in there for a bath in the bath experience was fine, normal. The customer experience was really lacking, typically when you take your dog into a place like that you expect them to pay attention to your dog a little bit and give them a treat, and the stuff that were there stayed behind the counter the whole time talking to each other seem mean to complain about some thing. They definitely weren’t friendly. Felt like I was intruding on their personal conversation. they seemed distracted. I’m a very regular customer and I was disappointed.
