4Cats Arts Studio (Port Credit)

We did a splatter painting party and it was the best time ever. The kids still talk about it and now want everything in their lives to include splatters of paint. Keep the party small so you can really enjoy it. The staff was awesome and kept the energy up the entire time.

I have been here twice now and although the classes are fun and instructors are nice, both times I've been here my items have cracked, I fully understand it can happen in the kiln but to have this happen twice and to not only me but to my friend that also made the same item as me is quite frustrating. My friend and I were told when we went in to paint our items that the glaze would fill in the crack on both of our bowls and it would be fine, but that was not the case. Now I'll have to spend more money on repair kits which is very disappointing and not worth the money or time we spent to make the item. Good customer service doesn't make up for money spent especially around the holidays. I won't be coming back here.

I don’t know what kind of system they have set up in this place. I had credits of over $300 from Covid lock down period in which the classes were cancelled. I was told that the credits won’t expire and I can just use them whenever in the future. When I want to use the credits; I was told that they have a new booking system and therefore old credits/gift card can’t be located. And that there is nothing they can do for me! My kids told me that the place(course) was more suitable for younger children and that’s why I didn’t use the credits for more courses right away afterwards. And now I regretted it!

Great friendly and helpful staff, available to answer any questions/help needed while making your craft.Fun range of options for kids and adults a like. Would recommend for any age whose interesting in an artistic craft you can take home.

My friend had their birthday party here and it's not what imagined. Our party wasn't fully their 10-15mins after, and there was only 1 person working. It was hard to get a hold of them because they were busy walking around helping others. Once we started the event, I felt frustrated that the worker did not bother to help us. We weren't even halfway in with the sculpture and he came over to tell us we have 1 hour left, like what??? You took forever to come over to help us, and on top of that, he heard some of us struggle and didn't bother to help. For a better experience, I thought there would be more staff and someone actually there to walk around and see if we need help and show us tips and tricks. I honestly would not come back to this, and recommend to go to wine and painting instead.

If you want to feel like a kid again I highly recommend visiting a 4Cats Arts Studio. We held our second Christmas party here and it was a blast. Laughs and great times all around. A big thank you to Magic Maddie for making the night one we will always remember.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would.Horrible.I paid for three classes and due to a holiday they skipped over - so although I paid for three my daughter only got two classes - open robbery. No attempt was made to rectify.Not to mention they move the start time earlier than booked without notice and were belligerent (yelling at my husband and daughter) that she was late for her class.Don't bother with this place. Your better off to take the money and pay for classes elsewhere.Basically, the customer service here is horrible and you clearly do not get what you paid for.

First ever clay making experience as an adult, this place was the place to go. I took my mom as a gift and Maddie made us feel at home. It was an incredibly welcoming experience as a beginner, she set our expectations perfectly and guided us through every step. Such a great time, will definitely come again.

I've sent numerous messages on the live chat. Very disappointed in the customer service. My child's bday party was held there and the end result of the art to be given to the other children was ruined.I'd like to share more of my experience nut hoping someone will finally contact me. I really live person and not someone over chat. Adam, I'd appreciate if you could escalate this since you weren't able to assist.

This place seems to only favorite little kids here. The equality here is horrible. I put my older daughter here for a class and she told me nobody helped her at all. The staff seemed to only care about the little kids. Pretty dissatisfied with the lack of effort the staff put with my kid. My daughter was basically neglected and I paid for that?! I'm never ever going here again. Waste of money.
