Gave my daughter rides here there to school , always prompt curtious service. This morning no charge yay when does that ever happen . Also when I first moved here made the mistake of call Owen Taxi a couple of times and was really displeased with service from time the phone was answered to the time My girl was picked up I guess very curt n rude!

John is the worst cab driver I have ever experienced!!! PERIOD!!! He was so rude... calling names and I would never give beck and call my business again .... there was no need for the rudeness and durogatory names being thrown at us as well as the very unneeded demeaning text I received.... never again will beck and call receive my business !!!

Pre-booked a cab.Nobody showed up. Called 10 minutes after scheduled time and was given attitude and told they had been by about 15 minutes before hand. I hadn't even mentioned the prebooked ride that never showed at that point.Cab was scheduled for 10:30am.Called them about 10:40am.I had been watching out the window since 10:00am. Nobody showed.

I only take Beck and Call. I find the drivers to be very professional and approachable. They are friendly and I feel confidant riding with them. The cars are always clean abs fresh. Overall very pleased

Fast service, lots of room in the mini van which is also super clean and virus free (He keeps a bottle of disinfectant that he uses to after each use, no meters so fair and reasonable rates, friendly guy. And a gentleman! He's lives in Lacombe forever so knows all the food shortcuts to get there faster!He is also licensed to drive limo's, which makes him accustomed to opening doors for the ladies, carrying your things for you, and providing top shelf service! You just can't get that kind of personal services in a bigger cities! Very pleased with the service and rates!
