My account recently got transferred to Todd's office after my previous Desjardin's insurance agent retired (I was with that office almost 20 years). I felt like I was starting all over but I have to say, after meeting Todd and his whole team I can tell all my insurance needs will be well looked after. I am overall extremely pleased with Todd and his team.I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with Sean 1:1 to review my current insurance policies. He was very thorough and took the time to explain my policies so that I could understand what exactly I am paying for. He reviewed my current policies and was going to work his magic to try and save me money by bundling all my services. He called me the next day to give me a run down of what my new rate would be and it was like talking to someone I had known a long time. I was very happy with Sean and what he was able to do.I want to say thank you to Todd and his team for welcoming me and especially to Sean who put my worries at ease with all his efforts.
