I love change for their diverse sizing; I am always able to find my size and get fitted properly. Maggie at the Don Mills location was so helpful and attentive. She assisted my mother and me to find all that we needed. She was a great help.

I was just walking around shops at don mills last Wednesday night and came upon this store .Had the best experience the lady working was amazing and soo helpful in making sure I was properly fitted and got the right size .I do not remember her name but I will definitely be shopping at this again absolutely loved it and the bras are amazing..

Woman who answered the BUSINESS line, did not even answer with the company name. I had to ask her if I was calling Change Lingerie...VERY RUDE and curt like she couldn't be bothered to even pretend to be professional.That should have put me off going there, but as DON MILLS was the closest location to me, I went and got fitted. I was confounded they could/would only show me 3 styles (incredibly ugly) bras. I was told they said that they only had 3 bras in their ENTIRE store in my size! I am a 40D - a very common size!Really for a lingerie store they need to do MUCH better, or simply close with a sign on the door that says we have NO STOCK or PROFESSIONALISM.P.S. Went to another lingerie store that same evening (July 08, 2023) and spent $600.00 on BEAUTIFUL pieces.

Amazing shopping experience at shops at don mills location. The lady working at the store was really knowledgeable. She measured me perfectly and gave me tons of different options to try. This was my first experience at Change and I’m definitely coming back for more. Beautiful collection!

I took my 14 year old nice to this store so she could get her very first bra fitting. My niece lost her mom earlier this year and she is super shy about her body as we all were at that age. The manager of the store, Laura did an incredible job with my niece. She did not only got my niece fitted but also got her to try on several different shapes. Laura gave my niece the best experience a little girl could dream of and we look forward to going to this store. The price tag is more than worth it. The products are of the best quality but also the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this store for all sizes and beginners.

I have to say that this has been one of the most satisfying shopping experiences I have ever had. The manager Danielle took the time to show me all the things about Bra's that I never knew and we found the perfect fit for me and it was fun.The experience was wonderful and I really enjoyed being helped by someone who is clearly a courteous, and personable, professional. Every woman should have the opportunity to experience the service and knowledge provided by Danielle. If I had met her before, it would have saved me years of bad purchases discomfort and frustration.thank you so much Changes

Regardless of the location, I will never shop anywhere else for a bra ever again. The quality is exceptional and the staff is almost always incredibly helpful. This particular location is one of the smaller ones, and the cost of bras these days is pure insanity, but this is definitely my go-to!

I just had the best experience shopping here. Alice was super helpful! She fitted me and helped me find some beautiful bras that actually fit properly. She took her time and help make sure the bras were fitting in all the right places. She also explained how the fitting worked in the store. I would definitely recommend this company and this location!
