A lot of variety, and really beautiful styles! I love their selection, have been here for two different occasions and their selection of products do not disappoint! However the customer service was bad. You can’t really look at the jewelry without a staff member pulling the boxes out for you, so I found myself waiting for long periods of time just to look at jewelry as the staff were not eager to help despite seeing you waiting. The owners were very apologetic and understanding regarding this and super helpful. 4 stars because of the kind owners and great selection, would’ve given a 5 if not for the staff.

This shop is having many collections and they are so good and mainly reasonable prices. One staff assisted us throughout my shopping and to the billing. She showed us many collections patiently. I really like this shop. I wish I would know this shop before only.. if you are in GTA and searching for good collections of jewelry this is the place to go in Brampton for sure!

IF Yoiu are buying simple semi casusl jewellery...you wont get much help..the sales ppl are not trained to show/ suggest options. They dont even smile.Items are a bit pricey too...

Store has a variety of amazing selections, but the customer service is very poor! There were around 5-6 girls working there but just talking amongst themselves. Not much help, we pretty much needed to pull boxes out and look at them ourselves and choose. If it wasn't for customer service I would have rated the store a 5!

I came to the store this past Sunday and was really impressed by the customer service. There was plenty of staff available to help and they are very patient and I wasn't forced to buy something. Everywhere you go these days there is a staff shortage but not at Sapphire Hut! I love the way they have renovated the store, it makes everything so much easier to find. Keep up with the great customer service! Its hard finding good help these days.

Really great jewellery choices but the customer service was horrible. I was followed around the store by the sales rep helping me. She also kept ignoring my requests/budget whilst continuing to show me sets that where out of my budget/ also telling me they did not have what I was looking for. I was then offered service by a lady with glasses wearing a light green shirt and she was amazing she also found what I wanted. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be coming back especially since I travelled from downtown Toronto just to be given subpar service.Please don’t lie to your customers regarding what you do or don’t have. It very much shows the first sales rep didn’t want to look :/

Updated: Purchased a new piece in blue!I bought some bridal jewelry today and got an amazing deal! They have a 50% sale going on until the end of the year. Due to the sale and it being Saturday, the shop is extremely busy and we were shoulder to shoulder. If was difficult to see the product. So, I would recommend going early and during a weekday.
